This hotel was in a great central location for a trip. It was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had a great selection and tasty. The staff were very helpful but late opening up on Saturday by 10 minutes and on Sunday by 20 minutes. The bartender helped my vegan spouse find something to eat. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. May need to pull some of the furniture away from the wall to clean behind as we saw some ants and debris back there.

They need to move the smoking area away from the front door as the smell permeates the lobby. While the rooms did not smell, the 1st floor hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. Assaulted us every time we left the room.

WE have had multiple past stays at this location, never have we found a room in such filthy condition. Fortunately we have photographs to substantiate our honest concerns. We also found your staff team member Ngoni to be dismisive regarding our concern. We were also refused a STAY receipt for our stay. Our point is that this facility is in a good location, and our prior stays have been satisfactory.

By far my favorite hotel that’s why I visit so often. I have to start with the front desk they’re great. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. My room is always ready and they do a great job cleaning the bathroom as well. The food is great and the overall ambiance is wonderful. Kathy is great she always makes sure my stays however long go extremely well.

Great establishment this hotel is very well run. Everyone does a great job from the front desk to housekeeping. My check in is always super fast and they recognize I’m a diamond elite member. Kathy is the best she keeps everything up to speed. I recommend anyone to stay here.

Bed was comfortable room was perfect temperature. ||- asked front desk for a few bowls from the restaurant. Apparently not available. |- bathroom was disgusting, covered in a hair color none of our group had. Like I mean balls of hair. |- bathroom fixtures clearly not clean |- phone in room not working. Had to call several times to try and speak to a manager. Transferred to a VM. It’s just hard to believe that there are no MOD of such a large hotel.

Staff in this hotel were very nice and attentive - Cecilia deserves a particular mention! Hotel is just worn and needs the owners to invest properly in dealing with the things that are worn, such as the bathrooms and furniture. The room was also slightly dusty and several electrical outlets in the room just were not working - the hotel is just simply not worth the nightly fee that I paid. Quality of the breakfast food is also variable - one morning the bagels were rock solid and some of the hot food had quite obviously been reheated from the day before. Also had issues paying with my Swedish card as the website is obviously built with ASCII encoding rather than unicode and so cannot recognise characters from foreign languages.

I have been staying at the Holiday Inn in Clark for 8+ years now. Everytime I come it feels like I am coming home. Everyone is so friendly. The rooms are always clean. The bar and reasturant service is amazing every time as well.
