Holiday Inn Brunswick I-95 (Exit 38), an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Brunswick - 138 Glynco Pkwy, USA

This property needs some TLC. From lose locking door handles (screw hanging out) to panels loose in the elevators. The staff checking in was…a bit salty. The restaurant that is attached to this property is below average, very slow service and food that took forever to arrive. You cannot charge the meal to the room, would have been nice to know before hand. So, over the course of 3 days, we only ate there once. One and done as they say. The room was clean yet the WiFi was (sorry to say) CRAP. Only worked in the lobby. Apparently the modem is only stationed there…hard to beam the signal up through the concrete…so, good thing LTE/5 G was working. I pass next time in the area.

We stopped here during a long road trip for work. We were crazy exhausted and just needed a nice bed and shower. The room was one of the worst I've stayed in! Not only were there stains on the sheets, but we even found hair in the bed, and the room was completely damp! I first thought it was just me with how hot and humid it was outside, but when we got into the bed, it was so damp I had to sleep on top of less damp towels just to not feel so gross. The chair in the room was damp and even the carpet. It smelled like a wet dog. We thought about asking to change rooms, but we were so completely exhausted we just kinda dealt with it. There was trash left in the room, and what looked like some blood on the wall. Black mold in the shower and the faucet leaked and had water stains all around it. The toilet paper was half a ply at best. Literally every gas station bathroom we stopped at since has had better toilet paper! I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible chest pains and a runny nose that I'm pretty sure was from the dampness and probably growing mold in the room. No complementary breakfast either, which was super disappointing. I really wish we had said something to a manager, but after driving 8+ hours and waking up damp and sick, I just wanted to get out of there! We didn't even shower because it just didn't look clean at all. Also the pool was "out of order" which was weird but not like we had the time to use it anyway. I would have rather stayed at a motel 6 and saved some money if I knew this was gonna be my night.

Was very disappointed with this hotel. When I checked in the front desk, the staff was not the friendliest. The room was dirty. Normally, I would have gone back to the front desk and requested another room. But my child and I were traveling all day, and we were exhausted. Dust was falling from the fan in the bathroom. There was long dark hair in the shower on the back of the wall. There was this milky looking stuff at the drain in the shower, and when I turned the water on, it rinse off. The shower bar was rusted and loose. The closet doors had something stuck on them. The door handles had stuff on them. The bathroom faucet leaks water around it. The room kinda smelled like someone previously smoked in it. The sheets and towels felt moist. Breakfast was not included. But I can't imagine wanting to eat the free breakfast or anything from the restaurant if this is what the rooms were offering. Would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it. I don't care how convenient the location is because there's several other hotels surrounding that area. And definitely not worth the price they're charging.

Beth the housekeeping manger was so great to me and family. Thank you for making this experience was great. Jake also at the front desk is very patient and kind. Thank you both keep up the good job I definitely notice your hard work to make every guested feel welcome and at home.

Not clean for pricing. Also. Does offer breakfast but at 5 star prices. $44.00for French toast and western omelet no refills on drinks. Each refill costs same as another drink

Rooms were nice but beware of people stealing. A cleaning person stole an item of mine. The manager said they have temporary cleaning people sometimes. They did not recover my item or try to keep me updated.

The lobby was the only nice area of the hotel. I've stayed at this location twice in the last three months. Each time the room was musty and damp. The most recent time I stayed the room smelled like some kept a wet dog in there for a week! There was hair in the bed and the pillow case had mold. The rooms are in need of a refresh and deep cleaning. Not staying there again!

Clean and comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Took us in at 1am when we left an adjacent property after an awful experience. Dove toiletries so nice. Super clean rooms and comfortable beds.
