Holiday Inn Bloomington - Normal, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Normal - 8 Traders Cir, USA

The front desk staff was fantastic, but I did not catch her name. The room was cozy and nice. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, but other than that, room was really clean, and bed was comfortable. Average stay because the pool closes at 9:00 pm. We rolled in about 9:15 and were hoping to swim a bit. Not sure why 9:00 would be the pool close time, seems pretty early to me. If that would have been advertised, we would have chosen differently.

We stayed here for three nights as part of our travel baseball schedule. The hotel was clean and safe. There was a large atrium space that offered seating and an open bar. It was a great place to sit with other families and have a beer. The rooms were small but clean. The bathrooms were oddly shaped and did not offer much counter space. We had three people in our room which meant we had to be better organized. The pool area was clean.

Have stayed here over a dozen times due to work. Always sleep well, beds are comfortable. Quiet. Breakfast is more than most people will eat and the rooms always appear to be clean. Recommend.

Booked a hotel room under military discount which was nice. Front entrances were under construction so we got confused at first but had a great experience. It was a nice, clean hotel. Will definitely stay here again the next time we drive through!

Breakfast should be included with the stay. And or a voucher should been given, we had 12 families for a baseball tournament. Plus there where multiple families and team staying as well. When we are on a time limit with games and traveling to different parks it would have been nice to have breakfast included with the stay. |The bar should be open later. 10 pm on the weekend, that seems early. With us not getting back to the hotel till late. And we were all thirsty and hungry . You could made a lot of money in food and drinks. |The rooms where clean and staff was hospitable.

Honestly, the most accommodating hotel we've stayed at in our almost 10 years of being a travel baseball family. Completely flexible with check out dates (with no penalties) and understanding of our unique situation. Customer service does exist! Also enjoyed the clean, nicely appointed rooms. Will definitely stay here again when back in Bloomington-Normal, IL.

Customer service was top notch and felt very welcomed. I will not forget how well I was taken care of at this location in Normal IL. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Was able to relax and sleep well after long days. I am very thankful for the shuttle service.

Overall, an okay stay. We were on the 4th floor and the ice machine did not work, nor did the mini fridge in our room. The girl who checked us in did a nice job. We did not try the bar or restaurant because it seemed deserted, so we took this as a sign to eat elsewhere.
