closed to the public it’s being used for housing the homeless since october 2022. wasn’t notified nor wasn’t taking off listing on booking websites. so they’ll get a calm 2 star review cause wasn’t aware of the situation and at least the homeless has somewhere to go. no disrespect. other than that one star.

The staff was great. Super friendly and helpful. My bed was so comfy and the room was clean. Do not recommend a room overlooking the pool if you go to bed early. There were people in the pool from 7am to 10pm and it was kinda loud. Also, he breakfast buffet was not worth $10. Save your money, go to McDonald's. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again 100%

This was a very nice looking hotel (especially on the website). The room was quiet. The beds were comfy. If you are looking for an inexpensive and clean place to crash – this is it. However, if you are staying with a family, I would definitely plan ahead. The breakfast offered for $10 per person is an absolute rip off. It is your very substandard continental breakfast offered for free at other hotels. HUGE disappointment. Especially when the flyer promoting it has pancakes. Do not buy. The pool size is VERY deceiving and the hot tub is accessed through a separate gate and you cannot see the pool from it. So not exactly a place that parents can relax while kids have fun. Not the hotels fault and tis the season for football games, but be aware that since this is close to the stadiums, be prepared for a lot of loud and “pre-gaming” or “post-gaming” individuals in the hot tub and pool area at night.

I had ALL off the comforts of home and slept so well at this property. The location next to an interstate was very convenient. I walked in to check in and the staff had coffee waiting in the lobby, food was available at the on site restaurant, and staff was so helpful in answering all of my local questions. Literally could not have had a better overnight stay experience. Room temp was easy to control. Parking lot was huge, plenty of parking. The breakfast buffet featured both cold and hot items.

When entering the hotel it looks nice and updated, but that quickly changes once you get into your room. Our room was old, dark, and dingy. The walls looked dirty and had stuff from past guests stuck on them in different areas, like they just needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was tiny and there was hair on the wall of our shower. Also the wallpaper was coming off because it was so old and out of date. It just was not a comfortable room and felt old and dirty. We did try the restaurant attached one night and it was not very good either. The pizza was extremely thin and the food was just mediocre. There were also sketchy looking people hanging out in the parking lot both mornings we were there. Just waiting around, holding a cooler or something like that. It did not feel very safe. I’ll know next time to stay closer to the mall and the airport.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Bloomington Airport South in Minnesota for a week and I must say it was an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Vanessa Cruz was my main point of contact, and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay and that any issues I had were resolved quickly. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Bethany, Estevan, Stephanie, and the mystery night owl, who all made sure that my stay was as pleasant as possible. The location of the hotel was also great. It was conveniently located near major roads, which made it easy for me to navigate the area. Additionally, there were plenty of late-night food options nearby, which was perfect for me as I often keep odd hours. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, however, I would have preferred a newer mattress as the one in my room was a bit worn. But overall, the room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I am long overdue in posting my review, but I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the wonderful team at the Holiday Inn Bloomington South. I plan to return in the future and hope to see some familiar faces from my previous stay. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bloomington, I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was great. Room and hotel were ridiculously clean and up to date. Would give this 5 stars if we had been informed no restaurant for dinner or breakfast. We would have stayed at a different property. That being said, they did a GREAT job in dealing with it. Poor girl at the desk was inundated with people who wanted breakfast that was promised on the web site but that was not offered through no fault of the hotel. She handled every call professionally. (I was at a workstation right near the front desk)Everyone who asked was given money off thier bill. It was enough to just about pay for breakfast elsewhere. Check in was a breeze. After being on the road so long I wish they had an adult only pool option from 10:00-11:00 so we could relax. But they did let us stay in the pool until 10:20.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and speedy. Checked in online and saved lots of time at the desk. There's a conviently located Green Mill in the hotel with good food and drinks. Had no issues with the room. Photos are from while I was in it and had used cups etc and put my stuff here and there. I didn't use the pool. Overall good experience and would gladly stay again.
