Positive: Great location, check in was quick and easy. Rooms were very clean, grounds clean, staff was very friendly, and pool area well kept. Great breakfast too! Would definitely stay again. Negative: Nothing negative to say! Will stay here again!

One of the best IHG hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were nice, the shower was huge and the hotel staff were great. The breakfast selection was outstanding for being free. The food was always fresh and the restaurant staff were always so attentive and polite. I would stay here again. For those traveling to Fort Eisenhower, it is a short drive to the main gate.

I'm here for a while, the reception I received was excellent. Received my room key and a rundown of the amenities and I was off to my room. My room is great, nice desk to work on and the bed is comfy. The pillows feel like feather pillows which was a surprise to me, but it felt nice last night, no complaints.

The beds are sooo comfortable and they put firm/soft pillows so you can choose. The rooms are spacious & generally have a good view. They also have a Keurig in the room which I appreciate. The highlight of this hotel for me is the breakfast & indoor heated pool. The breakfast is always cooked fresh & delicious. They also have a restaurant/bar in the evening with a variety of foods & drinks to choose from. The indoor heated pool is refreshing & clean. The staff was bubbly & informative with any questions I had.

Ice machine on our floor was broke both days we were here and the carpet in our room by the bathroom needs repaired and despite telling us they would fix or replace my bedside lamp they haven't. Their ad still says they have a hot tub which was a big reason why I booked with them but got here and was told they no longer have it because the upkeep on it cost too much. Other than that my room was very spacious, front desk people were friendly and breakfast was ok.

I enjoyed every part of my experience at this hotel. The beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice, the room was very dark at night, and breakfast exceeded expectations. I would definitely go back to this hotel if given the chance.

I made reservations for July 12 through the 14th. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. I had the opportunity to meet the hotel manager, Mr. Joe Tate. He was very kind, welcoming and very understanding. I would recommend you guys stay there.

The hotel was very nice and the customer service was good as well. But the only thing that gets me when you ask for a handicapped room it has a tub, not a walk-in shower. My husband reserved two rooms one with a. King and the other two queens. You would think the queens would have the walk-in shower but no it was the other way around. So had to struggle to put my 94-year-old, mother in a tub shower we could have taken the King room but the bed was too high for her to get into. If I had to stay again I will but, I can't bring my Mom with me.
