Super Nice little hideaway hotel with lots of amenities.
Dog friendly and accommodating. Trails, water bowls
Rooms are super comfy with all amenities needed.
GM and ALL the staff we encountered were super nice and helpful.
The pool area is like an oasis. Quiet / Clean. Pictures on the site are 100% accurate.
The gym has spring water to fill your water bottles up.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet (pay when you make reservations) was reasonably priced and had many options. Easy access to the city as well as numerous tourist activities in the area.
We decided to stop here and stay overnight while passing through. I’m so glad we did. This was the nicest hotel of the 3 we stayed in during our travels. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, shower was hot and the AC blew ice cold.
There is a restaurant in the lobby, which was very convenient. My kids and I ended up having dinner there. We ordered steak and chicken tenders, which were both very good.
The breakfast buffet is not included in the price of your room, but kids eat free and it’s worth checking out! The pool was down during our stay, so the front desk gave us a voucher for 2 adults to enjoy breakfast for free as well. Incredibly thankful for the gesture!
Hotel and staff were great. Our room and common areas were clean and comfortable. The wooded walking trail was a delightful surprise. Super pet friendly! Outside trash receptacles needed to be emptied when we arrived and were the same when we left. Employee had to run off a bear while we were there. That’s going above and beyond!
After a disappointing experience with a VRBO rental, we arrived at this hotel late at night and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was immaculate, and the staff were bright and helpful. The room was perfectly designed for travelers with plenty of belongings, featuring a larger-sized refrigerator that accommodated our extra groceries. The bed was comfy, and the shower pressure was excellent. We had a king room with a sofa, providing plenty of space, and the view of the mountains from our window was stunning.
We brought our dog along, who thoroughly enjoyed the pup check-in process and the walking trails equipped with mutt mitten bags. This is not your average Holiday Inn; the hotel has a boutique feel with locally inspired decor, outdoor gardens, and peaceful bubbling brooks. There are plenty of good photo opportunities with the bears and bird feeders scattered throughout the property.
The on-site restaurant was a delightful surprise, offering a hearty breakfast with impeccable service. The hotel is conveniently located just five minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers. We will definitely be back!
Clean good service but, homeless staying at hotel. They keep you up all night. One working elevator. One person working breakfast buffet they couldn’t keep up with food or Service. Coffee was out most of the time. And it’s exact same breakfast. You can get at a free Holiday Inn express that you have to pay 14.95 for. Traffic in an out of hotel was horrible no light.
Quiet room on second floor; very spacious and comfortable; new facility so room had lots of electrical outlets. A/C thermostatically controlled but a bit loud. Beds were comfortable with good blankets. Bathroom had good shower and plenty of counter space, but no towel bars (where does everyone put hand towels during the day?). Good choice when exploring Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkwayl.
Great dog-friendly hotel. Staff was friendly to us and our pet. Walking trail was short but nice and wooded. Only down side is the breakfast was not included in the room price and not worth the 14.95 they wanted to charge for it. Oh, also the pool was empty and looked like it was under repair. Our son is a huge swimmer and was disappointed. Otherwise we had a great stay.

This place is so great. Everything from the indoor fireplace, to the hot tub just outside the bedroom, to the HEATED FLOORS in the bathroom (not to mention heated toilet seat and bidet, even a heated towel rack!) They take it a step (or twelve) furth
Great experience! From first reaching out with general questions, to a quick and easy process of getting signed in to classes. The owner was great with communication. I walked into the 4:30pm class with Coach Donivan and with three years experience m
My wife and I enjoyed a two night stay over the New Years holiday weekend. We very much appreciated the attention given to the suite and the magnificent breakfast presentation each morning.
Our hosts John and Susan were not only attentive but cordial
