Holiday Inn Asheville - Biltmore West, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Asheville - 435 Smokey Park Hwy, USA

This hotel had amazing service and an awesome relaxing vibe. The fireplace downstairs, lots of seating in the lobby area. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The room itself was super clean and comfortable, the bed was the best sleep I’ve ever gotten in a hotel! Pricing is super fair. 10/10 recommend!

The lobby was beautiful, holding several decorated trees. Indoor pool and fireplace were nice. Also, the restaurant area was clean and had several unique offerings. We loved the food. The entrance is around to the side but it was very well marked. The hotel is new and very well located to hit the major highways.

The bed was so comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The shower was get and bathroom over all was clean and very nice. The restaurant had excellent food! The burgers were to die for. Breakfast was good as it was a buffet it was a little cold but we were near the end of it so its understandable.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable, especially considering we traveled with pets and it was a pet friendly room - no dog hair or odors for our dogs to sniff. Overall a nice experience. Negative: No, and we found a solution to the dangerous left turn out of the parking lot to 40 - there is a back exit behind the hotel that will bring you out at the light. Made leaving much less stressful!

The checkin process was smooth. The room comfortable and clean. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Which is so appreciated after a long travel time. :) We opted to have a light supper and a couple of drinks. The waiter did a good job even though it was the end of their shift. 2 downfalls were the appetizer was cold out of the kitchen. She had no "Bloody Mary My preferred cocktail. There was nothing similar to replace it, so, I wound up with a Shirley Temple. Acceptable, but, disappointed. We also had breakfast the next morning.The Breakfast bar was well stocked and the food was tasty. An all around good experience except for inability serve a suitable substitute for a bloody Mary.

Very clean, well decorated, and kind staff. The pool is indoor/outdoor with very accessible hours. We did not expect to stay for the night, so we did not have any toiletries with us. The staff was more than happy to supply us with toothbrushes, tooth paste, and menstrual products.

It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and neat. The bathroom was decent, with a nice walk in shower and big bathtub. It had everything we needed. We were just disappointed that the hot tub was gone (covered). The pool was open but we booked it because we thought there was a hot tub. There isn’t much of a view from the exterior rooms. I would rather have had an interior room so at least then I could people watch through the window that looked down over the entrance 😂

This hotel was fantastic. From the beautiful lobby to the quality of the rooms, they didn’t miss at all. The breakfast buffet and restaurant for lunch and dinner were excellent. The location was great, within 10-15 minutes of all my plans. Highly recommend this hotel.
