Holiday Inn Ardmore I-35, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Ardmore - 2207 N Rockford Rd, USA

Very clean, well appointed rooms. Mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in the room. We were there for a family reunion. The conference room was very nice with tons of room, tables, and chairs. There’s also some comfy seating in the hallway. Our elderly family members enjoyed sitting out there. The restaurant that is attached is pretty decent. Patrick, at the front desk is so warm and accomodating. He was awesome!

Was driving thru town. Stayed in king suite. Giving it 4 starts because there was no kitchen paper towels and only two towels in the room. Bed and pillows were comfortable as fk. Desk girl downstairs at night was helpful. Gave me more towels and provided like paper towels that are used in the restroom. They said they didn’t have any kitchen paper towels when these rooms have a sink and microwave in the room. Oh pool was also disgustingly green. They have a restaurant/bar right next door. Didn’t get to check it out, but wish we could have. No morning breakfast at this hotel either if that’s what ur looking for.

Great facility, very clean rooms, friendly staff esp the older gentlemen with the beard. Wasn't impressed with breakfast although it was there. Seemed like dining in a ghost town with a ghost waiter/ waitresses. Food was ok albeit on the warm to cold side. Pool was clean and nice. Will I stay again ? Definitely, just not going to but breakfast!!

Beds weren’t comfortable but received great customer from front desk agent. Rooms were a decent size but A/C kept shutting off and on/wouldn’t stay on for long. Hotel rooms could be updated a little bit but overall enjoyed our stay

Bed bugs 🪳 One room in this hotel has costed me thousands of dollars. The room was infested with bed bugs. I was woken up a feeling of something crawling on my arm in the middle of the night. Next morning I see three bites. My wife also has 3 bites like that. After checking on the internet we found that it is bed bugs. Now our whole house is infested and the treatment can cost up to $5000!. Hotel management completely denied any responsibility claiming they inspected the room and found no infestation. So frustrating that we paid top dollar to go to a 3 star reputable hotel and got a cheap motel treatment. I am never setting foot in a holiday inn ever again!

The rooms are smaller than IHG average and the beds are very firm. I am platinum IHG and definitely much firmer than average IHG properties. The rooms are relatively quiet but you will hear a rude trucker engine brake from time to time. AC is limited. TV is typical hotel TVs.

I have stayed at this location numerous times, but last night was awakened by a swarm of bedbugs of all sizes in my room. I contacted the front desk, got moved to another room without as much as an apology, a show of concern, anything at all. All I got was , here is the key to your new room. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to worry about my belongings when I go home. Never going back to this place.

I always stay at this Holiday Inn when traveling from San Antonio to KCMO. Exactly halfway. This Holiday Inn never fails to give me a fresh clean quiet room. Easy in. Easy out.
