Holiday Inn & Suites Savannah Airport - Pooler, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Pooler - 100 Outlet Pkwy, USA

This is the most cleanest place to stay. The manager and staff are welcoming and very nice. It has been newly renovated. The last part in which I’m a part of will have both stair case newly carpeted . It will be done with best materials. The hallway and rooms are newly redone with the best designer pattern carpets.And for the price of your stay is a place of like a palace. The entrance and lobby which is very big and new pattern ceramic tile.

My company acquired this hotel for me to stay in because it seemed like a good idea. It is close to the interstate and fairly new. Everything is nearby. Shopping, food, entertainment, etc. However, after staying here for three weeks, no one ever serviced my room. I ask for housekeeping to clean my room three different times at the front desk with three different front desk personnel. Instead a white bag was left at the door about every other day. With clean towels and wash clothes. But no one ever entered the room to clean anything, remove the trash from the small trash can, vacuum, sweep or make the beds or refill anything. I am not used to this kind of service when paying for it. I have expressed this to my company so when I come back I will be staying in the vicinity, just not at this hotel. Other things to consider. There is no complimentary breakfast. Breakfast and dinner can be purchased at certain times. There is poor satellite reception. Your TV and WiFi will go out during any kind of inclement weather. Maybe this is a good hotel for one night or two but not for any extended time frame.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and courteous!! The room was clean and comfortable. Specials thanks to Greg at the front desk! he made checking in a breeze and had the best attitude! Mr Larry drove the shuttle to the airport safely and securely. Thanks so much for a great stay! We will be back!

This Holiday Inn and Suites is very nice location, clean and staff was wonderful. The rooms were nice side, bed was, what I thought, good balance between soft and hard. Pillows were okay, nothing special. Place was in a good location. Great restaurants and shops near by. There is a nice and clean gym. Plenty if parking, no cost. Yes there is not breakfast because it's a Holiday Inn and Suites not a Holiday Inn Express. Overall, great location, would stay here again.

Greeted by Jamal with a wonderful smile and welcoming personality. Our flight has been delayed multiple times and he made it very easy to breathe and relax, due to the stressful event of traveling. He made checking in very easy and calming after the day we had. Thank you Jamal for your patience, kindness, and understanding during my family’s stressful moment. ||I needed to drop off the rental car and Rochelle was there to pick me up and bring me back to the hotel. Thank you Rochelle for picking me up from the airport and providing information about the city events and places to eat near the hotel. ||I enjoyed my conversations with both Jamal and Rochelle. ||I really like the fact, my family and was able to put our bags down and get some well needed sleep.||The hotel is very clean hotel and has a great bar if you need a drink and food. All of the staff we have encountered during our stay greeted us warmly and very polite. I highly recommend this hotel for the experience of excellent customer service.

I must start by saying that I addressed the room housekeeping issues with a manger, BUT the room my family and I were checked into was not clean, I see from a previous review in June 2024 of a dirty chair, well the chair was in the room we were checked into. The dust on the head boards as a 1/4 inch thick, the carpet needed professionally cleaning, Had some kind of flying ant 10 in all on the wall and in the light fixture, had one bulb missing from our night stand lamp (might be the reason the room was so neglected) the housekeeper just could not see the dirt in the room, and the list goes on. Secondly, we waited for someone from the breakfast staff to take our order, that never happened. Sad to see this relatively new property going down hill so quickly. Hopefully that will make some change in food and beverage and housekeeping.

It was suggested by the Best Western in Pooler to stay here an additional night we were in town. General Manager something Muff was a totally rude person who could not be bothered with helping a guest on a Friday. I was told by another employee that he was about to leave the hotel so he was in a rush. Still unacceptable behavior. I should have known not to stay here as our stay at the Best Western in Pooler wasn't much better.

My stay here was very pleasant. The staff was great. The rooms were very clean. The location is great...lots of restaurants and an outlet mall nearby.
