My two little boys and I had the privillage of staying at this hotel for 14 days between july 29th and August 12th 2024. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to an unparalleled level of service and hospitality that made our stay truly unforgettable. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, with the staff going out of their way to ensure all my needs were anticipated and met. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any inquiry set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, it provided the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The beds were extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens that made for a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail in the room’s design was evident, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The added pool that we ofethn had to ourselves was a much needed bonus. Throughout our stay, the professionalism of the entire hotel staff stood out. Each interaction was marked by a genuine desire to provide the best possible experience. Whether it was the housekeeping staff, the concierge, or the restaurant team, everyone displayed a level of professionalism and kindness that is rare to find. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in their work and is committed to making every guest feel valued and cared for. This Hotel is, without a doubt, a shining example of what a luxury hotel should be. We absolutely LOVED our stay. The room was huge, bed was comfy, very accesible location, and close to the outlets and Disney. The room was very cold which was amazing for us. The decor and facilities are still new. The dove bath products were a huge plus for us. The only downside was the bathroom didn’t have anywhere to hang the towels and the hallway of our floor (5) was kinda hot. We will definitely be back. The food in the lobby looked amazing although we didn’t try it. There was ample storage and outlets to charge all the devices.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Timeshare Presentation. We drove in all night from Mississippi as we were moving back to Florida. Normally the hotel charges for early check-in, however as me and my wife were exhausted from driving all night, I took a nasty fall in the Parking Lot. The hotel gave us Free early check-in (1:30 pm) and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel gave us free late check out on the day of check out. As part of the timeshare presentation package, we were supposed to be at a Holiday Inn Express and given free breakfast, however, that didn't happen. To make up for this, the night auditor did give us a free breakfast voucher, and on the day of checkout, I believe due to my fall and us getting sent to the wrong place, the front desk issued us a refund on our taxes and things we had to pay for the room. I am very pleased with how the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn near the Premium Outlets for two nights when I was in town for a work conference near the Orange County Convention Center. The location was only a few minutes from my conference. Traffic wasn’t too bad in the immediate vicinity, and we did not need to use I-4 to get anywhere. The room was clean and quiet with a comfy bed and oversized shower. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room on the 6th floor had high ceilings as well which made it feel like a much larger room. We had a flawless stay and will definitely keep this property in mind on future Orlando trips.

I was checking in at 11 PM at night extremely exhausted, a very rough day and night to say the least . To be greeted by angel who is nothing less than the light that we all need without knowing it. He listened to my concerns and needs and worked his magic. forever Grateful! I needed that kindness because of him and his staff my stay was nothing less than amazing. You have a customer for life ! Highly recommend !! From the concierge to the breakfast staff to the staff all around down to custodial we’re all smiles. It makes a difference! kindness cost nothing thank you again…

I had a good experience overall. The hotel is in a good location. The landscape outside and the parking lot was clean and organized. Check in took less than 5 minutes. Check out was fast. The room was clean I searched everywhere for flaws and could not find anything in the room worth complaining about. The window for the room is a little small and there is a damp smell coming from the air conditioner but it’s not a make it or break it thing for me. For the price , it’s definitely worth it and I doubt you’ll have any issues. The rooms are sound proof so you don’t have to worry about noisy neighbors and the house keepers aren’t at your door at 8 am waiting to clean the room. I’ve stayed at a lot of places some nice some not so nice and this is right in the middle. But overall , I am satisfied

Do not spend a penny more staying anywhere else. This place was the perfect option for us while visiting Disney. It was close to the parks and close to great stuff to see in Orlando and the best price we could find highly recommend staying here. The rooms were clean and cold. Just what you need after a day a the parks.

I have been to Orlando many times and stayed in a few hotels - this one by far is the best! The location was perfect for me and my 2 adult daughters. Plenty of free parking, free wifi, a swimming pool and restaurant. The room I chose for us was a multiple and it had 2 queen beds in one room along with double sofa bed in the living area. Both rooms had a tv and there was a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink and coffee machine. The bathroom had a walk in shower, toilet, sink, wall mirror, towels and all the complimentary toiletries you could need. There was a wardrobe with room to store suitcases, clothing and it had an ironing board/iron.
