Pros 1. newly built hotel (was told that it opened in May 2024) 2. a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby if you like Chinese food 3. staffs are friendly 4. spacious room Cons 1. room noise. Clearly heard the road noise within the room. below expectation for a new hotel. 2. $15 daily parking fee (not sure if common in that area)

This a brand new hotel. Let me start off by saying that the staff and maintenance team here were great. However, the room itself needed some additional work. My first room was on the second floor that had windows directly facing into the pool (which is on the second floor). I asked for a room change. The second room’s AC unit wasn’t working. The third room, the room I ended up staying in, was very clean and comfortable - however, I can’t give it 5 stars because the door lock wasn’t installed properly and I couldn’t lock it from the inside. As a solo female traveller I found this extremely concerning. If I had noticed this when I first got to the room, I would have probably changed hotels at that point.

Just stay there over the weekend. Wonderful brand new hotel. Service is good. Our room is corner suite which has massive nature light and good view to the street. Enjoyed very well. In and out the hotel is convenient too. Two entrances to make sure you don’t miss it Parking is a bit confusing but quickly figured out. Highly recommend

Overall a solid choice, but I believe it's not fully ready for guests yet. The positives: - The staff was wonderful (especially the front desk folk) - Brand new hotel, still smells.like paint - Parking is paid, but reasonable, plentiful, and seems very safe - One bedroom suite is nicely laid out and the finishes feel very fresh. The negatives: The building has some issues, even though it's brand new. - Holes in ceiling in hallway, wallpaper torn open - The room AC unit was very loud and we had issues sleeping. Seemed to struggle keeping the room cool - The bathroom has a motion sensor that shuts the lights off after 10 seconds. Lights turned off whenever using the toilet or shower - Some AC vents were not opened, restricting airflow - TV streaming did not work. Give this hotel a few months and I think it'll be a great hotel.

Best hotel we’ve ever been to in America!! Super clean, wonderful employees who were very helpful when we needed things (over room service). Not only this hotel is very clean and neat but beautiful as well. The rooms were very nice decorated. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to visit LA for the week. A grocery store is right next to the hotel which made it super easy for us to do some shopping for the week. Overall 10/10, great hotel. Will definitely visit again!!!

Clean, friendly staff and great amenities! Really enjoyed our stay here and were bummed that we book a different hotel for the rest of our trip due to a location issue. Few things to note, parking is not free, breafast is free but not buffet style. Also comes with service so tipping is necessary. Pool area is nice, we hangout there for a bit. Will stay again!

Brand new hotel. The bed was quite comfortable and the room clean. Our room faced the main street but it was quiet at night. There were some signs of construction on our floor but per hotel staff it was due to a guest who set off the fire sprinkler and caused damages.||Lots of underground paid parking with security on site, ||Walking distance to Ralph’s and restaurants in the area. There’s a restaurant on site. I like the keurig in the room.||I thought the a/c was a little noisy but it didn’t affect my sleep.

Room is OK, cost is little high. It seems new hotel just opened. I have business travel here. It’s just nearby lots China shopping street. If you want to have Chinese food just few minutes walk. However, you need to pay US$15 per day for parking. It’s in B1 and B2. The breakfast is served egg, toast and potatoes which is good.
