Hotel is very clean. Staff was friendly. There is a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel which is nice but also means there is no free breakfast. Beds were quite firm, and feather pillows, which are always hard and flat, in my opinion. Good location, easy to find. Large parking lot.
For the amount of money we paid for one night after a long day of driving, we were very disappointed. The place is very nice for the most part, the room was very spacious, and bed was very comfortable. However, mirrors had streaks, wall behind wastebasket dirty, pool was cold and did not look clean, so we couldn't use it. The hot tub was good at first, but as it ran, white foam that stuck to us started to appear. The rooms need some soundproofing around the doors, as the ceilings are high and people in the hall with small children at 10 p.m. sounded like they were in the room with us. We did report it to the desk and they addressed it. We have stayed in other Holiday Inns that are smaller and offer free breakfast. This one has an attached restaurant/pub so if you want breakfast, be prepared to pay. There are a few fast food places close by. Probably would not stay here again as we were disappointed we couldn't use the pool or breakfast. However, the room was great despite a few small cleaning issues.
Positive: Bed was comfortable. Negative: No microwave, spa did not work. One of reasons for booking that motel was to use pool and spa (hot tub), but it was faulty. Because of this, rates too high. Should have been more reasonable. Staff should have known spa didn't work and had it repaired.
The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly, the location is pretty great for what we did. The on site restaurant is sub par, and be sure you communicate clearly what you are ordering, or you may find your bill not what you expected. Be aware they may not inform you of maintenance taking place at this location, as well, they may not inform you of possible service outage and/or loss of functioning elevators. While you are on them. Be aware the elevator service you call from inside the nonfunctional elevator may not have the correct elevator location and information, and will then ask you to contact the front desk. You will find this out while on the floor, because garden gnomes are the only creatures to ever get stuck in these particular elevators. Floors of elevators are gross, can say 100% no. The front desk people are very nice. They do not have spoons. The service guy was very nice. He thanked me for not freaking out or panicking. The person on the other end of the speaker by the floor in the elevator was nice, am thinking his name was Anthony. Be kind to them, even as you are wondering what the point is, how is this helping and why am I on the floor for this? Maybe call ahead. If they say "It's only 15 minutes" about anything though, be careful. Time apparently runs a bit different there.
No complimentary breakfast. Rooms were clean, but room service neglected to make my bed, vacuum, and empty trash. At least there were fresh towels everyday. Make sure your room isn’t on the same wall as the elevator or you’ll be hearing the cables and pulleys popping and creaking all day/night. Room service also stole a disposable vape from my room but whatever. WiFi isn’t really stream friendly but gets the job done
We stayed at this hotel using points while passing through. Here are the positives: rooms are large, bed is comfy, and hotel is overall nicely updated inside. Here are the huge negatives: walls are paper thin (we could hear a child crying for hours at bedtime and in the morning it sounded like the child was running back and forth and bouncing off the walls), our blackout blinds would not close all way, shower was not updated, and no free breakfast (which is fine but price was too high for no breakfast). I wouldn't recommend staying here.
My wife and I stopped here on our way back home. We was extremely tired and just wanted to get some sleep. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Got to our room and room was clean. And the bed was so comfortable. Yea the price was high, but I would definitely pay that price again.
The hotel was nice and relatively new. The room was nice, clean, and service did a great job keeping it clean. The staff at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and absolutely hilarious with a great sense of humor when we would see them going in and out. Enjoyed our stay, and would stay again absolutely. Now, the attached bar/resturant, honestly is subpar at best. I’d skip it. The breakfast was frankly top 5 of the worst I’ve ever had. The eggs tasted metallic, the biscuits were doughy and undercooked, you could play hockey with the sausage rounds, and the orange juice was orange in color but had the acidity and taste of fresh battery acid. The chicken wings were probably chicken at one point and were atleast wing shaped, and the Mac and cheese bites just outright weren’t good. The beer was cold, so that was a plus if you’re trying to have a drink but I’d skip the food especially at how it’s priced. Summary: Hotel and staff, fantastic. Resturant, skip it.

The first thing i noticed in the room was how clean everything was, the bathroom and sleeping area. The bed was very comfortable and whatever kind of sheets you use are amazing. I usually donât sleep great away from home, but this was an exception!
Somewhat dated, but rooms are kept spotlessly clean. Housekeeping came through every day of my stay without fail. Front desk staff is on top of their game. Very conveniently located in town. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in Jefferson Ci
