My friends and I were there for a church convention from July 25-28th. The check-in was easy. The front desk staff were exceptional nice and professional, especially Anna, Jay and Nichole. They really went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and I loved all the amenities in the room. I will definitely be back next year. |Thank you for the great hospitality.

I enjoyed my stay at this location and would 10/10 recommend it to all that may be visiting the area. The rooms were nicely sized which was great considering my stay was for two weeks. The lobby, pool, gym, bar, and kitchen area were all very nice! The food was great and though I didn’t have the opportunity to indulge, the bar was very popular. The hotel is located next to a convention center but to my surprise it was very quiet during my entire stay. It’s a short ride to the military installation and in a great location with lots of food options to choose from. The customer service skills from check in to breakfast and housekeeping were top notch! I travel quite often for work but my most enjoyable stay was at this hotel. It’s nothing like being away from home for weeks at a time but still being treated like family. I’d like to give a special thanks to Mr. Porter, Jay Walker, and Nickole for making my stay one of the best, I’m sure they’ll do the same for you.

Hidden Gem. We stayed here based on the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Everyone we interacted with were great. Kenya, in the restaurant was amazing. This place has a service level I typically don’t see unless I am staying at a resort costing twice as much. The outdoor patio and bar was fantastic. The drinks were even better, they do not skimp. Not only are we certain to stay anytime we are in the area, we may plan trips to make this a stop on the way to our final destination. A+++

Great service. Mr. Walker at the front desk was the first person to actually make me feel as if Diamond Elite status actually meant something. Also this hotel has a good gym and good breakfast.

This hotel is just about perfect. It felt new and was exceptionally clean plus the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially in the breakfast/bar area. The pool was nice and warm, the gym is huge with modern equipment, and our sleeping room had tall ceilings and was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were also very comfortable. We will definitely be back the next time we are on a family road trip. Thank you!

First Impression Review! Anna. Kenya. Staff! Anna was absolutely amazing and welcoming. She was patient, kind and understanding. I had an issue with my booking and somehow the company I used to book my stay must've canceled my reservation. Anna tried everything to locate additional information for me and I was so grateful. She was able to work it out and I'm so glad she did. I also had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant in the hotel. The service was phenomenal and Kenya went above and beyond to ensure we were made to feel right at home. I can't say thank you enough for such a great guest impression. This is one of my first stays with IHG brands and I ended my day signing up for rewards. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant. If I'm ever on this side again, I'll definitely return here. I'll probably get on a higher floor to try to avoid hearing the noise from the door and smelling the cigarette smoke from outdoors. So far this would be my only concern/complaint.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety. Pool and actually everything was really clean and kept up. Definitely worth venturing the few miles off hwy 24 to stay at this hotel.

Hotel was EXTREMELY noisy. people running up and down screaming and yelling in the hallways. it was reported to the front desk staff they appeared very apathetic about the situation and nothing was done about it. It continued on until between 2 and 3:00 a.m. On a trip where we had to be up at 0600. It was reported again in the morning to the front desk staff. We walked up to the front desk to check out there was no good morning or greeting of any kind. The young man just stood there like a lump. Again reported the situation with absolutely not a single word return from the front desk person. The rudeness was appalling. This is our 5th stay at this hotel for various reasons. We travel as a moderate size group and it's in discussion if we will return to this hotel or not. In fairness I was able to speak with one of the managers as we were leaving and she was going to address things
