This place is very nice, the service is great, staff is great and clean. We got a suite and it was very accommodating, separate bedroom. Their breakfast was great plenty variety to choose from. I've stayed at many places and, this place is great. Definitely will book it again for my next visit to L.A.

This is a nice hotel. The previous bad ratings said they got their belongings stolen but I didn’t get nothing stolen here and the staff is super friendly and super clean environment. They are attentive at breakfast. When breakfast time ended I asked one of the employees for a milk and they kindly gave it to me.

Staying here was basically pointless. The hotel has cockroaches, and they offer nothing to guests. No gym during our stay, no options for laundry service, carts do not work properly, and breakfast is awful grab and go items. I wish I never stayed here

I typically stay at 4-5 star hotels but needed to book a room last minute for my friends who were in town for an event. Unfortunately all of their electronics were stolen as well as the keys to their cars & vehicles were stolen While we were grabbing a bite to eat a few blocks away. The maids weren’t even working on our floor that night & it happened within a 13 minute time frame so it had to be orchestrated by the staff employees after watching us throughout the day. Highly recommend not staying here who knows what might of happened had 1 of us been in the shower or room still. There were no signs of forced entry either so it definitely was the staff . Stay away

If you are looking to have a awful time and a Grand Larceny and Grand theft Auto happen to you or your friends then this is the place for you! With amenities like: A front desk who could literally car less about helping the customer with room issues in person/over the phone, shady room guest that will prey on the other guest belongings, and more! Do not listen to the 4+ star reviews as it is a front to get more people to come to this garbage excuse for a hotel. Shame on the hotel and Corporation for allowing such conditions to continue onward and have the guest feel son uncomfortable.

NEVER, EVER!!!!! Stay here, unless you want al your items, & cars STOLEN, this place is conducting an inside theft ring. They stole all my daughters belongings, along with all her friends and their cars were stolen. There's video footage & when contacting manager Brian Lee, & Kent T, they were very UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL, zero remorse. My daughter has had nightmares thinking the thieves are going to go to our home. Corporate needs to get involved. These ladies need to be compensated.They trusted this place, as they spoke to the manager prior to booking. This was an inside job. & staff are acting as if their clueless. I am very disgusted. We need JUSTICE!!!!!

DONT EVERR STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS AND CARS STOLEN! On December 9, some friends and I stayed at the holiday inn and went out to go clubbing. Came back 3 hours later to see my friends cars not there. We ran into our hotel room and see all of our belongings gone! All of my makeup bag, luggage, two purses, skin care, AirPods, car, house and office keys, clothes, shoes was stolen and gone. My friends MacBook, luggage etc car keys etc. gone. The robbers stole the car keys from our room and stole two of my friends cars in the hotel parking lot. We immediately tell the front desk and we called the police to make a report. We asked to see video surveillance and they showed us video footage of the two thief’s stealing and driving off with my friends cars. It definitely was more worth than $40,000 worth of our belongings that they stole. We spoke with management as well and they did not want to help us out at all. One of them laughed in our face saying if we think it was our friends who did it. There’s no way it could be when they were With us. I followed up with the General manager today and he talked to me so rudely saying there’s nothing they can do, it’s our fault, and other rude remarks that shouldn’t be said to customers in this difficult situation. I would like some compensation to our stolen items in your guys hotel room. This is very upsetting we put our trust going into your hotel rooms and to come back and our entire belongings are gone is beyond tragic! This place needs some serious investigation especially with the rude managers Brian Lee and Kent T.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT stay here they steal all your hard working money and belongings here!!!! Cars, money, anything u leave inside your room they steal!!! And when you confront them about it they said, “you should have put your belongings in the safe” this is a sketchy hotel, please protect yourself and your family!!!!
