I wouldn’t give this hotel a half a star! The staff is rude. The rooms are nasty. I had to clean the tub before showering. They keep your deposit to make money. I will never stay there again and I highly recommend finding another place to stay. There are a lot of junkies that live there. I wasn’t there 30 mins and was approached for drugs. They scam people out of money. This is the most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in!!!!! Save your money and find some place else to stay.

Have you ever said “I wonder what a sleep away camp and a jail would look like if it had a pool and a fake mini golf course” Well wonder no more this is the place for you. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Bare, battleship gray. Dirty windows, door had to have been kicked in a few dozen times. The smell of mold was all in the room. Cigarette burns in the sheets, the blankets, the furniture had burn marks. The bathroom was straight out of a horror movie. On the plus side, the ladies of the night and the drug addicts were very friendly, downright chatty. I did one night and it’s all I could do, the mold was too much.

My husband and I stayed there beginning of March. We had a medical emergency. He had a heart attack on their property one. They stall our electronics. Try to say that they gave him back and they never did. Then the front desk manager went into distinct detail about my husband's case. Having all the wrong information calling us druggie's and calling him a druggie and like being extremely rude. Was told by the guy the maintenance man that he packed my stuff up personally and saw the laptop in one of our bags well. Before we loaded on to my truck he helped us look through every bag and the laptop was gone. For some reason, half of my stuff was in the tiki bar area and half of my stuff was in their office, and they played stupid like they didn't know what was going on. I'm breathing over the loss of my husband from that night. And I haven't had the strength to go forward with getting my laptop back. But today is the day these people are safe. They want to point the finger at people. They rent rooms to drug dealers and let people sell drugs on their property. They talk to you with disgust and they will still your your items. Even when you're in the worst time of your life as somebody's passing away and they robbed you blind. This is not a good place to stay though. Horrible management needs to be tired. I don't have the patience to prove this because I'm so disgusted with them.But I'm sure you get my drift.Never rent to this at this place.The management is disgustand if you try to ask him for somebody over them , they said

DO NOT STAY HERE! Please listen to the reviews, I didn’t listen and I regret it. This place is as bad as everyone is saying. They never intend on returning your deposit. And they will call the cops on you for questioning why they kept your deposit. I had to use their towels to wipe the wetness off of their floor because the room sweats and is very moldy! There towels got dirty from wiping up their dirty floor so they said they can’t return the deposit because the towels were dirty… I told them the towels were dirty from having to constantly wipe the wetness off their dirty floor so that my kids wouldn’t slip and fall and instead of understanding and apologizing and giving me back my deposit they called the cops! The lady at the front desk even said she has a close relationship with the cops so they will take her side . We only stayed for one night and it was horrible. Beware!

So this place looked nice enough from the outside and for the most part, the staff seemed pleasant. The rooms weren't as clean as I would have liked and the beds need replacing as you can feel the springs coming through. They also have some kind of metal box around them. I guess so people don't lose items under them but they make very loud noises every time you sit or move on the bed. All that was tolerable and I did end up staying there for about 7 days. The morning I was going to be checking out it started to pour rain. I had several bags along with suitcases to get out. So I called the front desk asking for a possible late check-out because of the rain. The young lady in the office was nice and said I could have until around 11:20 and the time was around 9:30 am. About 5 minutes later I got a loud aggressive pounding on the door from a very rude lady named Mason she said you need to get out it's time to go. I said we were debating if we were going to stay another few days because of the rain and we were given a late checkout. Mason said oh no we aren't playing these games we don't do late checkouts and you need to get out and that I was a liar. I said not true check with the front desk and you will see. Mason said that I was playing games as she called on her walkie-talkie to the front desk and asked are we doing late checkouts she said no at first but then said wait room 126 was granted until 11:20 at the latest because they had been here all week, no complaints or issues and it is pouring rain. I was like see Mason you calling me a liar and I am right and she continued to be very rude which at this point I was livid. So I slammed the door closed and continued to get everything together to just leave this place faster than the time I was allowed. I made sure to return the room key and ask for someone to go right now and make sure the room was left in good condition, so I could get my deposit back. Mason checked it out and reluctantly said the room was good so I did get my deposit back. This rude employee lost you some more income because I was considering staying another few days or longer. I suggest you get rid of her before she costs you much more.

This place is disgusting and very poorly managed. They will keep your deposit. I was there for one night and the room was filled with the aroma of cigarettes. The housekeeping will go in your unattended and without permission. If you complain they tell you, you have to make a request. They did not inform me of that especially as a first time guest. I was treated with discrimination. There is this bitter elderly lady who racially profiled me due to me being the color as her. She intentionally had it out for me as soon as i left my room this morning. I didn’t feel the sensation of “welcome home” “unwind and relax” feeling at all. The location is is buried in a pest frilled area where there are roaches climbing out of the microwaves. The sink and bathtub looked dirty. I was filled with disgust because I didn’t want to let my feet touch the floor of the tub. The floors were greasy, slimy and dirty. They don’t clean the room thoroughly. The sinks and knobs were not polished or wiped correctly. By far the worst experience ever. They banned me and denied my deposit all because I saged my room. These people will sell you a dream and deny services. I almost got kidnapped. They had these weird creepy staff walking around scoping around the rooms of where I was. Someone tried to come in my room while I was sleeping. The doors are not sturdy enough for your protection. Please be safe out there!! Lock your doors, put a chair behind the door.

Can this sum it up!!! Nasty nasty nasty. The room smells so bad of smoking even though we requested a non smoking room, and they blast the AC to cover up the smell. Don’t even talk about the bathroom OMG 🤮 nasty and the tub was so disgusting we had to shower in our sandals and the nasty shower curtains. Those furnitures need to throw out they were all cover in dust. The box spring looking things that the mattress was sitting on was covered with fabric and they weee so dirt. I was there with my friend and my son who suffers from allergies on 6/1/24 and my poor child is sick now because of the dust and the bad odor smells like mold. Management should be ashamed and have the nerve to be charging $40 deposit for damage. How can you damage what’s been already damage. Thank god I brought my own bedding, towels and wash clothes, because the ones they gave us was yuck 🤢 even the pillows was dirty and smell bad. Shame on you all that is running that place.

This is is a poorly managed property. They don't clean the room or provide towels daily. This is a transient motel at best. For this company to call this depressed, run down, and filthy place a resort is simply a lie! The lady at the front desk during the night times of my stay was rude and unprofessional. I asked for towels and she acted as if she was doing me a favor by providing me a towel to shower with. They don't clean rooms even when asked. Please don't waste your money on this so called resort. It should be condemned... However, if you enjoy a ghetto atmosphere with room quality and staff treatment to match, this so called RESORT is for you.
