Hobby Lobby - Craft store in Owasso - 9002 N 121st E Ave #100, USA

I love this place, especially during Christmas time. Not only do I walk in expecting to buy one specific thing, but I get to walk out with -$200 from my wallet and a bunch of amazing deals. LOL! JK! The shopping experience was good, however the checkout was horrible. There was a long line at the registers when I went into the store with two registers open and I estimate about 8 or 10 paying customers per line. Management needs to call for backup to the registers quicker. Apparently the clerks can't call for help from what I heard. The store wants their money and the customers want to go home!!!! Come on hobby lobby management. It's called good customer service!! get er done

They have so many different items in this store that you can find any kind of crafts and materials you need. They have different types of materials. All kids of decor. I found Ritz dye that I hadn't found in other places. You can spend a lot of time just looking at things. The store was neat and clean. The restroom was clean also.

They had the yarn I was looking for but man their checkout system is so slow. They have to hand key every single item. It creates long lines and long waits, especially around the holidays. One item I picked up was 50% off but when I got to the register I was told it was already marked down and wouldn't be discounted. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know it was already marked down other than its price was typed in red. It's just irritating to me that you can't know the price for sure until you wait in line forever.

This is a go to place for just about every kind of craft you can imagine, candle and soap making, various art supplies. You will never find another sewing supply store like Handcocks but Hobby Lobby is a close second. The fabric selection is great and of good quality. They also carry a nice selection of home decor and seasonal items. Everyone should stop by and get a needy child Christmas box to fill. I promise it wil make you feel better.

This hobby lobby is ok. Usually stocked. Bathrooms are always filthy and at times you can't lock stall doors. My main issue with this one is the lack of cashiers and then the one supervisor standing there doing nothing every time we go in. There will be a line of 8 people, and the supervisor is just standing there observing. For goodness sakes, open a register and check customers out. If this is their business model, then it's terrible.

Hobby Lobby is usually our place for girls trip with my daughter. Today, the cashiers were so rude. A young lady was standing there and I asked if she was open, she said "go around" and continued to stand there. She directed me to the refund/exchange line and I didn't even notice, a couple minutes later, a young man asked if I had a return, I said oh no I'm in the wrong line. He directed me to another line where I assume the lady was wanting a break, and she said "well, I should have just closed" my daughter and I both apologized and said oh we are so sorry... she continued to eat candy out of her pocket while she checked us out, ignoring our attempt at polite conversation... and then we said thank you and as soon as we walked away she sighed and put her closed sign up

Went in to get a "Friends" puzzle. Was pretty crowded, but the employees helped me locate the puzzle I needed & the lines went pretty fast. Was in & out in less than 10 minutes. & got my puzzle. :)
