Hobby Lobby - Craft store in South Jordan - 11681 S Pkwy Plaza Dr, USA

We went in with a mission to find speciality napkins and cups. We found a huge assortment and variety of all kinds of items! They have tons of different decor items, fabrics, and so much more. Just be aware that you will find so many choices that you will probably find the perfect product. Make sure you ask an associate because they seem to know where to find it! 😉

LOVE shopping here (and always spend way more than I should) because they have all the things for every possible art/craft I could possibly want or need, and they have decor and fun unique and random things to look at, as well as seasonal goods. I never spend less than an hour walking around any time I come here.

Really love this store! It's always well stocked, Clean, and Fast checkouts. The employees have always been Really Nice and super helpful. They are quick to change up the seasonal crafts so if you are a small business you can get a jump start on your inventory. I do miss the coupons, but they do seem to have pretty comparable prices with other craft stores. I love the choice in fabrics and they have quite the selection, cutting can sometimes take time but they try to help each customer quickly. I would love to see a bigger selection of a few items but I know that's all by demand of the population.

Love this store and location. It is always well stocked and the staff are super friendly. I love getting diamond paintings and they were on sale! They have amazing sales and I love going not just during the holidays but any time of the year.

Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite places. I had two full shopping carts and needed to leave for a little bit and come back. One of the employees said that they would hold my cart. When I got back, all my stuff was put away, and the hours I spent shopping, I had to start over. I get if you guys don’t want to hold things, but all of your employees should be on board, especially when I was told they would hold it. Also, I purchased a lot of items at once. I am an interior, designer, and decorator. I feel like anytime I come in whoever is checking me out is not very kind and frustrated because of how many items I have. Maybe, if This company doesn’t like when people buy a lot of items, they should have an item limit. Either that, or teach employees to treat everyone with kindness and respect. That’s all I ask.

Just needed backing for quilt real quick. They had 1 slow girl cutting fabric. 9 people in line & they had 1 girl who did not even run in 1st gear. I put the fabric back & came home and found something here. Very short staffed-with employees moving Christmas around instead of helping customers

We have enjoyed the products and selection here, but the service and efficiency have proven to be pretty subpar. We came into the store to return some fabric and found that the line for returns was pretty long. Oh well. Except the reason it was long was because a customer with a massive amount of items was checking out using the returns register…so everyone with returns had to wait like 15 minutes for this transaction to finish before anyone could complete their returns. After getting to the front of the line, we were told to go back to the fabric counter to get it inspected to be returned. Fine whatever, we did that and they kept the fabric. But then we were told that after coming back, we would get to wait in the long return line again. Maybe that’s fair, probably a matter of perspective, but either way it meant another 10 minutes in the return line…and the icing on the cake was that when we finally got to the returns register the second time, the clerk asked “where’s the fabric?”. To which we had to reply that the fabric counter kept it and told us to come get a refund. After some explaining it was taken care of but holy smokes it felt so unorganized, incredibly inefficient, and most importantly, a complete waste of time. Overall, the products have been great but it feels like such a waste of our time coming here. To the point where in the future it might be worth even paying more somewhere else to avoid the headache.

This hobby lobby location is pretty standard. It has an enormous selection of decorations as well as crafting supplies. There are usually all sorts of sales going on as well. There is plenty of parking and the prices are fair. When we went there were tons of fall decorations and they were just starting to roll out Christmas decorations.
