the staff is really nice! this lady, Ingrid was SUPER helpful! She seemed as if she was happy to be there! when we asked if they had dry erase makers, (they do!) she walked us back twords the markers, talking to us, making us feel welcomed here! She deserves a raise or something! be coming back!!
Better selection than lowes for a lot of projects. Got exactly the decorative drawer pulls my wife wanted. Lowes and home depot didn't have close to hubby's selection
It was crazy busy, but we weaved through the crowded aisles and found the cutest nutcracker for 50% off. Discovered that they don't do weekly coupons online anymore. 😔 but the cashier gave us a heads-up on an item we were going to buy that it was going on sale next week. So, that was nice. We didn't buy it then.

It would be helpful if Hobby Lobby had 2 or 3 motorized carts for customers with disabilities. I would stay and do a lot more shopping if they would provide that service. I have talked with other disabled customers, and they agree. They would probably make their money back within 1 week.
Always carry quality home goods and craft supplies. Clean, well organized, always stocked, and courteous and helpful staff. Check out lines are long when busy. Sometimes seems there should be more cashiers.
Lots of items, a little busy but it's Christmas so it's to be expected. I have a feeling the reason the lines got so long has to do with their outdated cashiering policy. Making them type in every price one by one is hardly efficient
Not a good place for moms with infants. We were stuck in line for the register for 10 minutes because the checkout person had to ask their manager to enter in a sale discount, so understandably my baby was fussy. When it was finally our turn we were glared at as if we were scum. Very unwelcoming & I don’t feel comfortable ever returning.
Very helpful. Great supply. Bought furniture which I love! The ladies helped me load and take to my truck.
