Casino was nice and clean. It’s smoke free. Room we had was great. Nice big shower which you don’t find often in hotels. Lots of slots especially penny slots. I did t give it five stars only for the fact that I prefer to play table games and $1 slots. Table games were blackjack only and there are just a couple of $1 machines.

Looked like you can rent and ride ATV trails directly from there almost. Rooms are on the smaller side, but still all you need. Mostly slots only. Good hiking trails and nature nearby

Booked a reservation for the upcoming weekend nearly two months ago for an avg price of $170 a night. Just received email stating the price had changed to $219 a night. They refused to honor my booking price, I have never heard of a hotel changing the price after booking…adding $50 a night a week prior to your vacation seems like a bait and switch to me.. ridiculous. I am canceling the reservation.

It was hard to write this review as everything was great except our visit to the Bistro. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartender working Friday night was tge friendliest bartender. Our visit to the Bistro Saturday afternoon was the worst experience I hVe ever had. We ordered a Prime Rib sandwich and some fish. It was $25 order in which we left a $8 tip. The cashier was very friendly and was very helpful. The problem came when we got our food had to go back up to get tarter sauce. The woman up there when I asked for it literally rolled her eyes at me and looked up and shook her head. Asked me how much I needed and just tossed them at me. Why you would ever put her in customer facing position is beyond me. To top it off the food was awful and we threw the whole thing away. That experience put the end of our trip on a real downer. Not sure we will be back after that experience. It is too bad because everyone else we dealt with was very professional and nice.| ||

Love this friendly and clean hotel. Only complaint is just a personal preference on the mattresses - too hard for me. Best hotel in the Black River Falls area!

Very nice accommodations. Coffee shop could use seating. Was disappointed the pool was closed..but loved the private access to the rooms. And that the casino was smoke and vape free. Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

These casinos are some of the most quiet and unfriendly places I've been. Just sit and play for 10 minutes and your money is gone, just sit and listen...there is absolutely nothing exciting happening, based on several trips...

Very very clean! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The prices are good too. They have a cute little coffee shop that is open late. It's connected to the casino but not close. Which is great because you want that feeling of being in a hotel and not just the casino.
