What a cute stay!! The decor of this inn is so gorgeous! The outside areas are so peaceful and relaxing as well. In a great convenient location. The breakfast was also amazing! I had an issue checking in and the staff was so prompt in responding to me even after office hours. Wonderful place to stay in Maui.

Nice historic BB in Wailuku. I stayed here for two nights. My room is spacious with good windows space and comfortable. Breakfast included was OK to average. But overall it was a nice gateway BB, different from regular big resort hotel accommodations in Maui. Hawaiian character and colonial decorations.

Enjoyed a two-night stay at this Inn. It is a beautiful building and property with common outdoor spaces to enjoy. The building and room seems like it went through a recent interior remodel which was nice as it still retained historic charm. Our room was clean and cozy. The included breakfast was the icing on the cake!

I would recommend this B&B to people and I think it’s a great place! This place could be 4-5 stars, but my experience was just a bit less than. The rooms are recently renovated, and very cute! I loved my room and the views it offered me. The room was clean and spacious, with a well lit and spacious bathroom as well. When I checked in, my lights/ceiling fan for the actual room weren’t working, other than the lights on in the pictures. I called at 5:14 PM, and again at 5:27 PM but no answer. It says on the voicemail they are open until 5:30 (I think is incorrect and they are only open until 5). I then emailed them to let them know my lights/fan weren’t working. They had someone come by to try and fix the issue, but to no avail. The couple who stopped by brought in a lamp from the main house, and I made do with that for the night. Frustrating that there isn’t someone to help after hours, especially for situations like this when I need light/a fan, but not the end of the world by any means. I could hear the people next door to me moving around throughout the night, and the next morning. (This is a B&B so to hear others around you isn’t uncommon). But I mean, I could even hear them talking. But to top it all off, their car alarm starts going off and continues for a good 5 minutes before 6 in the morning! Overall, this is a cute B&B and a good budget friendly place to stay that’s clean and away from tourism. But having someone on site would go a long way for people who need assistance after hours.

Loved this stay more than any hotel. Very cute rooms. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Absolutely easy check-in. AND the room had comfy bathrobes, mini fridge, cool quiet ceiling fan, plush bedding. All good things! Only downside was the Keurig machine was kinda high and had to climb the shelving to pour in the water ;)

I stayed at the Historic Wailuku Inn and had a lovely experience. Especially loved the custom prepared breakfast, our room was spiffy and the overall ambience was lovely. However, I noticed I was accidentally charged twice for my room and have had no success getting them to reverse the error. Instead, in their email responses, they've claimed they authorized a chargeback when they didn't and basically given me this horrible run around. I loved my experience here but didn't want to be charged twice for it, so wont be returning. Also, their dishonest responses really left a bad taste in my mouth. Beware of any properties managed by Luxe Maui Properties

Beautiful place with historical flare. Love the renovation at this place with the garden and fruit trees. Host is very communicative and helpful! Highly recommend.

Things have changed at the Historic Wailuku Inn Other than not receiving check in info and having to call 8 times to get baythubt… I’m not sure when Luxe Maui assumed control of the property but it’s very Airbnb and none of the BnB you would except from well…a BnB The renovations are nice aesthetically (although not complete in some parts) but not having someone on the property that can attend to you or fix things ( the room was freezing even after turning off the temperature control) seems off, impersonal and quite frankly off putting The lack of hotel/local service that the inn was known for was discouraging at best but knowing that it’s owned by a larger company makes sense that it’s no longer charming and breakfast is currently not available. if the inn wasn’t ready to take guests in not sure why we were able to book it Hopefully “luxe” Maui properties doesn’t turn it into “money grab no service” Maui properties

Coffe and chai tea were great. They have some seating and the staff is very friendly. Corey waited on us. It was early at 6:30am and see gave us directions to cool places. The staff is great and they make a great espresso.
