Great place for a party of any type it is big enough to handle large party, DJ, bar and other set-up needed. We had a great time with the family of all ages, the little ones had plenty of room to run around and have fun, lots of room to dance.
My cousin had his wedding here this past Sunday. It was outside under a tent. I thought the space was really nice. The inside reception area was good space as well. The wedding was really beautiful!!

Oh my goodness. This is a great place to have an event whether it be a wedding, reception, birthday, family reunion, any gathering!!! The trains do come by often but the kids love it & adults do too!
The depot is a beautiful spot right in the heart of downtown Newnan. The neutral space provides the perfect backdrop for any event. We rented it for a 60th surprise party and it delivered the perfect party place. Plenty of bathrooms. Good working heat/air conditioning. Working with Paige Paul was a breeze and a pleasure. If you’re looking for an event space in a historic place that can accommodate just about any ideas you may have this is it.
Came here for a wedding which had a rustic theme. This is perfect for that! Parking was adequate and the indoor space is good for about 100 guests or so. It’s cute if you’re into historic buildings. Would recommend for a wedding or event!
It's a fantastic little train depot, it can accommodate a medium size party or wedding. It is kept mostly the way it was built. Brick walls and original wood ceiling. The HVAC works great, it has 2 bathrooms for the building, which could be a challenge for large parties. Good size parking lot, and the train tracks still being used, so you may have a train passing by👍.
