A historic jewel in the City of Ironwood. Great selection of performances, shows, and films. The building and seating were completely restored years ago and are perfectly maintained. Beautiful historic ceiling murals, and an incredible pipe organ that's been in the theatre since it opened in 1928.
Architecturally amazing theater from the era of vaudeville and silent movies, having been built in 1928. The ceiling is beautifully painted and the walls have ornate moldings and fixtures. The acoustics are very good in this opulent theater, with plenty of seating. It now offers live theater, musicals, etc.. This is a true treasure for this town.
I grew up in this theater. The acoustics are phenomenal, the seating is old school but comfy, the paintings are just as breathtaking as they were when I first saw them. They also seem to get a lot of talented performers to come through. I hope they'll have more plays like in the old days, but any show that comes through always is a good time!
Have been there for many shows, they are always amazing! The Hype did not disappoint this weekend!
Had the best time ever, watched e.t. on the big screen with the elegant designs in the building it was romantic. Very fun to see such a classic movie to bring back memory's of when I was younger.
Beautiful old theater. The seats are a little squishy but perfect for a dance recital
Very nice, kept up and clean. Enjoyed the show - Fleetwood Macked.
Nice historic theater, like stepping into the past. Well maintained.

Never a disappointment! Stop in and see my man Charlie behind the bar for a cocktail and check out their ever evolving menu which is dialed in perfectly by the areas best cooks. Don't miss out on an opportunity for some good food in the U.P., it's
BRING CASH...yep, they still do it the old way. No haggling as the pries are below book anyway, though you MIGHT get a barter every now and again as long as your own stuff is decent. The antiques always have meat on the bone to resell if one wants to
My parents used to bring us here over 40 years ago when we were little, so I wanted to stop in. Excellent service, very prompt and polite. Food was delicious with large portions and great prices. Kelly was very friendly and nice.
