We were very impressed with the motel. Right downtown, a few places to eat. The staff was nice and organized. No problems at check in, full hit breakfast in great atmosphere. Will stay again.

Hands down, one of THE best hotels I've ever stayed in during my time in the US. I managed to find the historic Arrow Hotel on Expedia, after driving for many hours and wanting to find a place to rest for the night, before it got too late. This hotel came up and the price was an absolute steal, so booked it and glad I did. There was plenty of street parking outside the hotel and in the surrounding area (managed to get a place after a car had left the restaurant). Check-in was nice and easy, with a pleasant lady at reception sorting the keys out for me. A bonus they had an elevator at the end of the corridor and to the right, extra secure as a key was required to call it. The room was really clean with a LOT of space and even a kitchen area too! I think for the price, this was very good value. Bed was super comfy and it was a delight staying in the room. Breakfast in the morning was good including orange and apple juice, fruit and also sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles etc. A great way to start off the day. Would really recommend this hotel if you're in or around the town of Broken Bow. A shame I didn't get to look around any of the shops, but it seems there are a number of them, along with cafes and restaurants in the area so there's plenty to choose from (head on over to the antique shop across the way if you have time, some cool stuff in there!)

I am on a road trip across US and this was the best accommodation I've been over the past three weeks. Classic early-last century building(not a rennovation, but a original hotel building in continous use), spacious room with separate bedroom, kitchen and living room area. Every furniture was there for a reason and was of good quality. This shows the owner has deep understanding of hospitality. Lovely dining hall and lobby area and I really liked the staircase. Indoor garage is convenient. Fast internet and 2 TVs. Bathtube with water flowing like niagara falls. You will be sorry to miss this hotel if you're on the road. The restaurant on the first floor looked good as well and was full with locals so I regret bringing my food to the room. The town itself is cute with information boards here and there. A cute cinema nearby so check that out as well.

A great place to stay in broken bow Nebraska with new room in a new hotel or rooms in the old historic hotel. Rooms were very clean and very nice with lots of amenities. Breakfast was very good also. Very nice help working there and large rooms. I will defiantly stay here again if close to the area

The location is on main street and a very road to come and go on. The restaurant associated with the hotel on site, seems to close randomly and so we had to go to another establishment for a drink if it was too late. When booking online for a family of 7 the room showed two bunk beds and a king bed, when arriving there were only two single beds with no fold out sofa or hideaway bed. We had to place bedding on the floor to provide sleeping accommodations for the younger kids, although it did allow me to book a room for 6 people. There was a honest effort to accommodate our needs, but nothing more for our inconvenience. The city square park was nice and kept the kids busy for our stay. The older portion of the hotel does need some updating, like either bunk beds in place of the single beds or a foldup couch in order to adequately house a larger family or group. This is our third visit there and after the lack available options for us, it will probably be our last. If I would had known we could have easily of booked an additional room in order for everyone to have their our bed to sleep. This hotel is not real quiet as the busy traffic outside, but it does have a cooking function in the kitchen area but there is very little furnished in there for cooking so bring your own or prepare to go to the local store to purchase them.

Had a very good experience at the Arrow, very friendly staff. Jacob the front desk attendant is an exceptional employee, who was kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom and linens were in excellent condition. Our room 309 was quiet with no traffic noise. Highly recommend. We stayed in the older section which was our preferred location. We also ate in the restaurant and had a fabulous meal, steaks were local and crème brûlée was house made very delicious.

This is an amazing hotel restored very well. The rooms are quite nice and roomy, as well. Each has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The price can't be beat. There is an in-house restaurant and the meals are very good. We were visiting with someone a few towns away and when I mentioned we were staying in Broken Bow, they said the hotel restaurant was the best in town.

For the huge clean and updated room we got, the price was equal to a Super 8!! I could not believe it! The food was good in the grille/bar and the morning breakfast was the usual but not going to complain!
