Upon visiting this establishment, I was disappointed to find several issues that impacted my experience and raised concerns about the safety and cleanliness of the facility. I have provided a one-star rating due to these significant issues, as I believe that prioritizing child safety is paramount in any establishment. Firstly, I observed multiple broken fixtures within the premises, as evidenced by the picture I have provided. This not only detracted from the overall aesthetic appeal of the place but also posed potential safety hazards. Additionally, there were numerous nails and wood pieces scattered throughout the facility, which could pose a risk, especially to young children. Despite my efforts to address these concerns by picking up the debris and seeking assistance from an associate, I was disappointed to find that the staff was unavailable for an extended period of at least 38 minutes. Furthermore, my disappointment continued when my daughter and I ordered a smoothie, specifically requesting no milk due to her allergy. Unfortunately, our request was not fulfilled, indicating a lack of attention to detail and customer care. This oversight could have had serious consequences for my daughter’s health and safety. It is also disheartening to note that this was not an isolated incident. During a previous visit just a week ago, my family and I had observed the same pieces of food in identical spots on the floor, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning and maintenance practices. In conclusion, I sincerely hope that this establishment takes steps to improve its cleanliness, safety measures, and overall customer care. A cleaner and safer environment, along with more attentive staff, would greatly enhance the experience for all patrons.

We threw a party for our 3 year old, and all of the children had a blast! Even the adults enjoyed themselves. Overall, it’s the perfect place to take your small children. Very clean. I highly recommend! Once our party host Kaylee realized we were already onsite setting up, she jumped right in to help out.

Clean with child appropriate snacks that where ready made and a menu of adult/ kid friendly options available. Rules where well posted and music was at a good level so you didnt have to scream to hear your kid. Amanda was a friendly staff member who promoted the upcoming Halloween event and I will be attending. Overall my nephew and I had a blast after quite a few dud indoor play places.

First time there seemed alright, a little confusion online if you are attending a birthday party if you have to buy a ticket. Which was not made clear once I arrived. The most of the workers you could tell didn't really want to be there, so they kinda made you feel the same. The party coordinators were welcoming and fun to interact with. I hope it's better for others.

Kids love this place. Lots of activity for all ages. Activities include mazes, structures, inflatables, air hockey and more….Nice that adults are not charged when attending a party. Place is clean and well run, although some of the inflatable are showing signs of use. They have 3 party rooms and the pizza they supplied saw pretty good consider they are not a restaurant. Parking could be a challenge. Visitors seem to come from around the building where additional parking is located.

HippoHopp kind of sucks compared to their old location. They still have yummy food but there are so many fewer bounce and play areas. And the cost is double what we used to pay.

My 2Y Old toddler had so much fun here. This place is safe, fun & entertaining for kids. There were lot of kids on the day we visited that my kid loved to be there. There is a storage space for shoes and jackets and your belongings. There’s space for parents to relax that I love so much. Definitely Recommend.

Colorful & Super Clean indoor playground with bouncey houses galore. My grandson & I visited on a rainy Wednesday morning about 9:30 and stayed two hours. There is something for everyone here including a nice restaurant. Plenty of seating and hand sanitizers everywhere. There’s a separate area in the back right for little toddlers. We of course loved Thomas the Train Bouncy house. The maze in the back left with huge Lego’s was also a favorite. There’s a large white dancing floor panel that lights up when you dance on it. Hula hoops just because, a cotton candy machine, 3 party rooms. Spa Massage chairs for the adults. You could easily spend a couple hours here once a week. I imagine weekends are very busy so go during the week. They are getting ready to move January 1st a few blocks away with lots more parking. Brittany, the young lady at the front desk was pleasant and professional. In addition to selling tickets, booking parties, covering for the cafe, she manages the front door so there are no escapees😊 This is a well thought out, affordable indoor playground. Free air hockey too!
