Orange Crush drink is yummy with fresh squeezed orange juice. The Brunswick stew tastes amazing!! We ordered the grilled chicken wrap with/hand-cut fries and the Adam and Eve grilled cheese with cole slaw. Desert was the Burger Cheese Cake in a small mason jar.

Wow oh Wow!! First time here and loved this place...Staff A+, Atmosphere A+, Food AAA+! Smash burger, fries, chicken strips...so much flavor! House made sauces!! Don't miss out on this gem!

Food was amazing. Service was amazing. Waiter and host were amazing. Very friendly and down to earth. Very accommodating. Atmosphere was amazing. Even the guest were super friendly, nice, respectful, and sociable which says alot about the crowd they invite and attract. Will definitely be back.

This was our second and last visit to the Hippie Hen House. Our first visit was wonderful so we finally had a chance to return. What a mistake. We were not told it would be an extra $1 for sides. I'm not haggling over $2, I am haggling over the fact sides were offered with no, "that will be a dollar extra". The server had to take back my husband's burger because she's chose the wrong one and when we calmly said something she became defensive. Second issue, the soup was good. I was never offered nor did I see on the menu I could have had a side salad and a biscuit. A good server would have mentioned this to me and I would have saved and not purchased the rather small for $15 shrimp wrap oh and the over salted slaw for an extra $1. So if your server was wondering why she was tipped lightly maybe she should tell customers it's $1 extra for sides, get the order right the first time and mention that there's a side salad and biscuit offered with the soup. Also, need to offer more options without bacon. Not everyone eats bacon.

Went for lunch and ordered the crab cake with a salad. I am from up north and it is very hard to find a decent crab cake down here, after living here 18 years I can honestly say this was the best crab cake I have ever had, including those from up north. I honestly don't think there were any fillings at all, it seemed to be all lump crab. Also the food came quickly and our server was very friendly. I can't wait to go back for seconds!

I moved to Myrtle Beach 2 years ago, and have been searching 2 years for a great crab cake. This place has it!! I can honestly say it was THE BEST crab cake I have ever had! I also ordered the crab pretzel and oh my! It was delicious and unique and huge. My husband had the pot roast which the kitchen kindly modified, since he is celiac. It too was excellent. The mashed potatoes were very good. Our server Kristen was great, she was a huge hit in the dining room tonight. She had every table laughing. Funny, friendly and sweet. Absolutely ask for her. Our bill was a pleasant surprise as well. This will definitely be our go to spot.

I don’t have pictures because we started eating as soon as we got the food lol but I am putting my sons picture of his food up, Our food was absolutely delicious! Our server Dave was awesome. The owner came around checking on everyone which was a delight to see and found out our families are from about the same area in Bristol Va. We are so glad we stopped at this restaurant (I love the name) and will definitely visit again. Thank you Hippie Hen House …. You made our evening very enjoyable! 😊 🐓

I got the veggie pot pie and the Brussels sprouts. The portions were so small that I also had to get the impossible burger with fries. I’d say the pot pie was interesting, a bit soupy but the flavor was not bad. The fries were wimpy.
