A wonderful peaceful park filled with oaks, birds and an easy trail alongside a seasonal meandering creek. Great for kids, families, dogs or just getting some solitude for self reflection next to the stream. There is also a cute little "fairy town" that visitors have made with little trinkets and decorations left behind for others to enjoy. Has a decent size parking lot, with plenty of spots typically available.

Beautiful, peaceful little hideaway!! The trail can be a little tricky for a stroller so be sure to carry your little but wow this place is lovely. Come and get away from it all in this sweet spot.

Beautiful, dirt walking trail and relatively easy for the whole family. Crosses a seasonal creek and offers a peaceful, natural hike on a trail that loops through grassy meadows and trees. Note: trail may be muddy and slick after it rains.

This is a great place to go on a short easy hike, while learning about the plants and trees that are native to the Folsom Area. Make sure you have a copy of the Hinkle Creek Trail Map with you to understand what the trail markers mean. Be careful of the poison oak.

Beautiful small hike and a great place to be with the nature. The loop can be completed comfortably within 45 minutes with a stop at the creek.

Beautiful one mile walk on dirt trail and paved bike path. Shady. Download the Nature Trail pamphlet and learn as you walk. or just enjoy the quiet. Lots of poison oak, so stay on the trail. In July i picked a basket of blackberries, too! The interpretive center was closed on Sunday, but it might add a bit more to a family hike. (on 7-3-22 a foot bridge was being repaired so i couldn’t walk the loop)

Neat short trail loop, watch out for poison oak. Open to bikes. Sign posts have been removed to clear the area

The workouts are AMAZING because you never do the same thing twice. All the exercises work multiple muscle groups at the same time and you combine that with the interval training and I'm burning lots of calories. It's not uncommon for me to burn 700
