I have been a customer of HindSite Software for over 17 years. The legacy Hindsite Solution that I still use provides incredible efficiency. The seamless integration of customer records with Quickbooks, mapping (routing allows a tech to do 15 per day), reporting, and ability to sync/print from the field are all features that make it easy to run completely virtually. I have been virtual since 2005 when only bluetooth could sync. My dispatch and field staff over the years find the interface to be very intuitive. We still laugh that we only use 10% of our HindSite brain because the software has many more features that our tiny company does not use. Over 60,500 work orders scheduled with no manual retyping in all of these years. The developers, staff, and top management are very hands on. We have used HindSite for more than 10 years. We are completely satisfied. For scheduling, tracking and invoicing of service work the application has been spectacular for us. Did I mention that we have been using the application for over 10 years? How many electronic tools of any nature have you used continually for 10 years? The platform is extremely reliable. When tech support is required, I do not deal with anyone as responsive and thorough as these folks. If the platform will do what you want/need, these are people to work with.

They don't stop helping until your questions are answered, and it usually doesn't take very long at all. I would highly recommend them!

Our company recently has signed up with Hindsite to help take the chaos out of day to day operations. Though we have only been signed up with them for a month, it is easy to see the potential the software has. The best thing I can say about Hindsite is they go above and beyond with customer service. I have help available at any time, they routinely check in and follow up to see how it is going on our end, and you can tell they truly want to make sure you have a great experience using their product. I have demoed other comparable software and this was far from the case with the others. We will be with Hindsite going forward because of the great product but above all the customer service.
