Ok place for Indian / Nepalese food. But restaurant is run down and not very clean. Nan was good, Saag was not very seasoned. Dumplings just OK. Maybe as good as it gets in Montrose, but disappointing after reading reviews.
This restaurant is under half mile from a Tesla supercharger which is superb!
We were in the mood for momo’s so decided to do a takeout from here on our way to Phoenix via telluride. The momo we tried were steamed vegetarian and my husband got the steamed chicken momos and they were both fantastic! The sauce needs to be a little more spicy but we loved it nonetheless. We will definitely try some more items on the menu on our next visit. This place was reasonably priced and with better quality food compared to the ones up at glenwood springs.
Right next to the airport, very local joint but serve amazing food. I passed by Montrose twice during my trip and I visited here twice that’s how good it is.
The best is their garlic nan, freshly made to order it comes out still hot. Large portion best for two person to share only $2.99. I tried the lamb Vindaloo is spicy and sour which really open up your appetites it’s best to go with rice. On my second visit I tried their mo-Mo, pretty good portion I think there’s at least a dozen? The chow chow is flavorful if you don’t want to try things you are not familiar with.
The service is not the fastest because everything is made to order, when it’s busy you might have to wait for a little. A limited parking on the side of the building.
We decided to stop at the restaurant for lunch.
I was looking forward for the buffet but was told that they do not do it anymore.
We ordered the dumplings for appetizer and they were really good.
My chicken curry was amazing:the chicken was tender, sauce was not too spicy and had plenty of flavor. The vegetables curry was great as well.
Naan garlic was fresh and tasted great.
The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the service needs to be a bit better and the building is really old and could use updating.
Otherwise it’s a family owned business with amazing food.
The food was okay - 4 stars for that. The ambiance was just blah - 1 star for that. The service was good, prompt and efficient but the waiter (owner, maybe?) was absolutely devoid of personality and bordered on rude for kicking out the remaining patrons at closing time, forcing us to slam our beers - 0 stars for that. We won't be going back, but would consider ordering takeout.
This hole-in-the-wall place has some of the most flavorful food I have had ever, let alone locally. Every dish I have tried is nothing short of a unique and vibrant adventure on its own. Good service (though of few words) and a pleasant quiet ambiance.
We completed the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and we were looking for a place to have lunch.
We searched near us and by seeing the reviews we decided to have lunch at Himalayan Pun Hill.
The restaurant is a small restaurant beautifully decorated with the beauty of Nepal.
It is also a family owned restaurant with different food options available in the menu.
We were seated on the table and then greeted by the server. The server bought menus as well as water.
After exploring the menu we decided to order Vegetable Momos, Matar Paneer, Chicken Chowmein and Garlic Naan.
The service was nice and we soon got our Vegetable Momos. The momos were delicious and seemed like hand made rather than frozen which made it delicious. We loved the momos and one of the best Momos in USA.
Then our server bought Chicken Chowmein and Matar Panner along with Garlic Naan and Rice.
My wife loved the chicken chowmein. It was her favorite. She absolutely loved it.
Matar Paneer was delicious too and we had it with Garlic Naan and Rice. Amazing lunch. We absolutely loved our lunch.
Must try restaurant whenever you are in the area.
So good! The portions were very fair, the food was fantastic and severed hot and fresh. This place was fantastic. Try it out if you're in the area. You wont be sorry.

This is a vast Forrest that has a multitude of different terrains. I have seen everything from family sedans to decked out 4x4s on the network of roads. Some roads do warrant extra ground clearance. Great place to camp or picnic.
Phelanies is a fun place to go for specialty and unusual drinks. The atmosphere is fun for a small group or a few friends. A traditional speakeasy, it requires a password to enter which can be found on their Facebook page. Would be a fun place to dre
Really cool local spot with a great variety of beers! The beers, whether a full pint or flight of samples, were very decently priced. My favorites were the Otter Pop IPA and Belgian Wit. The porter was quite good as well. Food was pretty good- nothin
Pretty gardens with informative markers about the plants and displays. There are many benches and picnic tables to rest at along with an easy path to follow to see all the sights. There's a children's garden with a book trail and a cute gnome home. I
The geese and ducks were not so happy to see me until I gave food offerings of the freshest of French fries. At which point I believe I made some new friends. I LOVE this gazebo on the water. Ooo and a grill too! Look at that... (Also a poke gym) ;)
Nice, small, dog friendly park nestled amongst charming residential area. Has a playground for kiddos and picnic tables for little gatherings. A great break spot for lunch, or place to let your pooch get some air on a sunny day. A small gem of Montro
Good place to get a cold drink. They DO NOT serve food. The bartenders are amazing Jose and Amber Lynn are awesome and very attentive. The young crowd shows up around 10:30 pm. Fun nights Friday and Saturday for sure. Come support these workers.
Great burgers! The wife and I stopped by on the way out of town from the airport. It is a nice little mom and pop place. Nothing fancy but a decent breakfast and lunch menu. We each got different burgers and different fries. Waitress was friendly and
