Newly renovated rooms are awesome, and the location is easy walking distance to heavenly chairlift. Also the valley parking system worked well and way included in the resort fee. Want much atmosphere for what we thought would be a ski week but maybe it was the bad weather that made it quiet.

I booked two apartments for me and family members. The pictures on the website are dated as our apartments were very modern and fresh. The common areas are a little dated but everything was clean and functional.There's a King size bed a small kitchen and a living room with a pull out sofa. We were there during the shoulder season so most hotel facilities were closed. The hotel is about a mile from the city center, but it's not walkable. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book it again.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the facilities. ||The heated pool was a great for the kids and unbelievably warm for an outdoor pool in the winter.||The arcade games were a cool blast from the past that our 5 year old loved!

STAY FAR AWAY!!! We recently stayed at this location and had a horrible experience with the cleanliness, staff and level of hospitality. Our hotel room bed was covered in dead bugs and when we told the front desk none of the 4 staff members seemed to have any concern about the issue. When we tried to raise this issue to the manager, that person was unreachable. We still have yet to talk to the manager! For three days we stayed there, the manager was never onsite or present. There was a huge lack of hospitality and carelessness for our comfort while staying at this location. There was essentially the least possible service of hospitality presented at this hotel. Don't ask for room service, water, trash removal, new towels, coffee, water, because you won't get it. Overall, from having our room serviced or asking for assistance about general questions, no one was able to assist. At the end of our stay and multiple attempts to reach the manager (which we never did), they offered to refund our resort fee of $56. Once we returned home we noticed that the hotel charged us back again for the resort fee, thinking we wouldn't notice. There is lack of accountability at this location and Hilton should be ashamed to call this one of their locations.

Loved the resort, clean and modern, spacious room with nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were excellent. Would definitely stay here again. A little off of the main roads so had to drive to most of the downtown. Valet was fine and they have limited space so understood why they do it, just a time thing when wanting to go out.

Positive: We liked the layout of the room. The Pool was nice. Clean, nice lobby sitting areas. Negative: There was no self parking available and Valet was pretty slow at retrieving the car, especially in the morning. NO COFFEE in the morning until AFTER 7AM. The "restaurant" closed 30 minutes early the night we arrived. so we had to go out and find food.

It was a great facility! We were there between summer and winter, but we enjoyed the solitude. We had a noisy neighbor that had several children, that were slamming doors and running up and down the halls and we were there for solitude and rest, there is a large shared balcony; it snowed and the kids we’re having fun playing but kept hitting our bedroom window with snowballs and balls. They were playing catch with a dog, which we were told it was pet free. The adults were very loud in the living room really late at night so there were 3 nights that were not restful. My husband really liked the fact that the living room in our suite had foot stools instead of coffee table that you could move and comfortable for your feet he’s not the type to put his feet on the table.

The location is .amazing. About a mile or two from downtown. The ski slope is right there. It wasn't ski season but I wanted to point that out to the skiers out there. We really like the style and decor of the resort and the amenities. The customer service was beyond amazing. Jasmine, Gabriel, Nico and Luke were fantastic! They made us feel at home. We are definitely coming back here. We can't wait!
