Hilton Vacation Club Ocean Beach Club Virginia Beach - Resort hotel in Virginia Beach - 3401 Atlantic Ave, USA

We stayed for three nights. Room was a one bedroom with street view. Room was clean and well equipped. Only issue was the room had no shower curtain. The desk was able to supply one and we installed it. Pools are nice and really enjoyed the over 21 pool area and sun deck. Beach and boardwalk area just fantastic. Lots of local attractions and restaurants. Enjoyable time and would recommend.

I have been here twice and I loved every time that I’ve been here!! Great customer service! They adjusted my room and switched me when I had the wrong one. Very accommodating! Easy to get around with the elevators. Felt very safe!! Very secure! Beautiful pools right off the beach. Oceanfront view rooms are amazing! Balconies are amazing!!

The pools are maintained well!!! I question the quality of the water that people are swimming or wading in! Staff is very pleasant. It was nice to have entertainment between the two adjoining hotels. A very, very busy place! Lots of attractions close by and reasonably priced. Paling upon arrival was touch and go. No organization. Could use a porter like person stationed to move vehicles along and give common sense direction.

My wife called down to the front desk for towels. We then waited an hour for someone to bring them. No one came so I went down to the front desk for them. I was told she would email them. I said I'd just wait there to get them since we already waited an hour. She told me they would not bring them here. They would bring them to the room. So back up I went. Another half hour passed so I went back down to ask again. She said she would email them again. No. I'm going to stand here and wait. At this point we've been sitting in our swimsuits waiting an hour and a half in our $450/night hotel for two towels? She stormed off saying. *I guess I'll just randomly walk around and see if I can find some*. Well guess what, within two minutes she arrived with towels. Slammed them on the counter and as she walked away with her back turned towards me she said HAVE A GOOD DAY. So I made sure to tell her she was ignorant and she shouldn't be doing a job like this. I was told to walk away. As if I'm in high school not a Hilton hotel that I'm paying for. I then got a text from that same individual in response to my complaint. Shouldn't it have been a manager at this point? I asked to speak to one and have yet to hear from them. Never in my life have I ever been treated like this at ANY hotel let alone one for the cost of this one.

We booked for the week - our first time there. Terrible experience - moved to the Marriott after one night! Hotel room at the Hilton Beach resort was the size of a walk in closet! We could not even get hand towels … the TV did not work until the next day. When we checked out - the lady at the front desk just said .. “I’m glad you are out of that terrible room, clearly not caring about our experience at all. Lesson learned…we are finishing our beach week but not at the Hilton “beach resort “ as planned. Be aware if you are thinking of joining their vacation club. They cannot even get the basics right.

Was a great and relaxing stay! Right on broad walk and beach. We took city view split level and the room was perfect. It was spacious and had fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer , Jacuzzi, separate jet showers upstairs and three balconies. The service was also great and all staff was attentive and helpful. Parking is across the street in parking garage, resort fees include parking pass. The indoor pool was being renovated so we didn't get to enjoy that but outside pool was great and adult pool and hot tub in hotel next door were good. We had a great stay and would recommend!!

We had a 2 bedroom lock off unit, so an A&B side. The oceanfront view was very nice. The furnishings were dated, carpets and older woodgrain items, but everyone slept well on the mattresses with white linen. We didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the rooms but with an infant we did at times, it was comfortable enough and when staying in you didn't feel secluded due to the views and sounds from the balconies. I am glad we were on a higher floor, some evenings the gazebo music or performers were quite loud. We liked being able to get to the room quick for lunches and snacks, both from the pool or beach. The activities staff had daily offerings for the kids. This location is right on the boardwalk, it was perfect, the kids all got skateboards and had a blast. We were also very close to the beach kids park. The location was ideal, we walked everywhere, restaurants and ice cream shops as well as souvenir shops, other than the first night for a grocery pickup we only got in the vehicle once to go to Top Golf, I call that a win-win vacation.

My very first time to Virginia Beach. The Hotel was really nice. Everything was clean and adequate for what we needed. Plenty of room for 3 people. We had a suite with one bedroom, sofa bed and kitchen. It had adequate cabinets, closets, and dresser drawers for clothing etc. Since we did all of our own meals I did treat myself to a Margarita at the outdoor restaurant and bar which was perfect. The beach is a very short walk from the hotel and the boardwalk. Parking is in a parking deck with another short walk. Lots of restaurants, shops, and more very close by. I love the military and jets so for myself seeing the Navy jets fly over were wonderful. I would diffenantly come back here and stay at the Hilton Vacation Club.
