This place exceeds expectations. Lovely fire pits seatings areas, bocci, mini golf, and a great playground. Two pools both with huge hot tubs and a splash kiddie pool as well. Unit was a one bedroom, odd shaped with the seating are technically in the kitchen, had everything we needed to cook and an on site deli with prepared hot sandwiches, great fresh pizza made to order and stuff we could cook in our room, What exceeded expectations here was the hospitality staff. They had an experienced kids program with activities every few hours. We were here over NY Eve and they had a great poolside party with balloon maker, face painter and a DJ, Trays of fruit, snacks and cupcakes and a champagne toast at midnight. I would love the make this place a yearly tradition.

This was our first time staying here. We stayed in a 2- bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the room was. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room furnishings were very nice, comfortable beds, very clean. The entertainment staff was very friendly and our two kids loved doing the activities and games. For early January the pool was heated nicely. We will definitely be back as we highly recommend it.

We had an older room. I got stuck in the bathroom twice and realized the door knob wasn't installed properly. I needed to turn the door handle up instead of down. I am glad I wasn't alone because it took both of us to figure out how to get me out. There are remodeled rooms. I would recommend requesting one of those. The property was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub. The grounds were well maintained. It is located very close to disney springs.

Had the opportunity of staying at a new location. Stayed for a week . The facilities is amazing. Easy to navigate. Very close by to ALL Main Theme Parks. However that wasn't the intention of stay. The pools and hot tub were actually pretty warm in January. Pool especially! Which is an awesome feature ! The store that's located within the resort is also a huge plus . Although this is a timeshare hotel I didn't recieve not 1 call or felt bothered by those guys. And I initially booked through the Hilton App. Which was pretty rare. I was given a much smaller room than I had at the Tuscany village property. Also due to their occupancy they claimed the only room available was one on the 1st floor. If your on the first floor be prepared to be woken up to carts and loud noises early . I asked upon checking in for a room a little higher but... unfortunately. It really bothered my wife , but wasn't an issue for me . Although the room was small, it had everything . Used the stove , tables, jacuzzi, porch. All amenities in the room were great . Tv a bit small . Oh I had to kill a bug on the ceiling and kick 2 worms out the room . Whilst doing my own room inspection as I arrived . Everything was recorded but really was no biggie for me . Thought of it as it's a Florida's welcoming gift.

We were very impressed with this time share. We had the 3 bedroom setup and the 3rd bedroom was an interconnected studio apartment with own small kitchen, huge bathroom and small patio! Wow, fantastic space for me as grandma! We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our evenings watching Harry Potter DVDs as we were visiting Universal each day. Pools are large and heated and right outside the back side entrance of our building. There's also a small convenience market and small restaurant that had great pizzas and salads. The timeshare itself was very clean and provided many accrouments. Many towels with fresh towels delivered midweek. We all really enjoyed our stay.

This spot has spacious rooms and all the amenities that you need. The rooms are well stocked and ours had a balcony with a view of the pool. The convenience store has a lot of gifts and souvenirs as well as breakfast and lunch options. Fitness center is small but well equipped and 24 hours.

Awesome place to stay. Customer service was extraordinary. Everything was very convenient. The power went out for 3 hours but I blame the storm for that. A great place to stay long term if needed! Love the walk in shower and bathtub!

I thought it was a really nice timeshare. Had 2 bedroom/2 bath for a week through the armed forces vacation club. Didnt realize it was a hilton property till i got here. Employees were real nice and gave me a lot of information. Room amenities were nice (3 tvs, couch, kitchen, etc) and appartment was large.
