Decent hotel for the price. We liked having a full kitchen and laundry. It was too cold for the pool, but the hot tub was nice! Customer service was great too! |The reason it didn’t get 5 stars - you can only turn the thermostat down to 70. Thankfully we could crack the windows and it was cool at night or I would not have been able to sleep! Also, the walls are thin. The last night we were there we had people walking around the room above us and it was very noisy. The resort is a bit dated, but overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our stay here, would have been a perfect place if our children were traveling with us. The room was huge for the 2 of us. Had everything you need to self cater. A little noisy at times but nothing major. Loved the front desk service. Gym and pool on premises were good! Would stay again as a family trip.

There were 10 of us on a family trip! Hotel was spotless. Front desk staff were very welcoming and great help. Pool and hot tub were amazing! We had many great meals by the bbqs which was such a treat. Was awesome to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!! And a big shout out to the shuttle staff who went above and beyond. Will definitely be returning!!

Probably about the only “downside” to staying here is the fact that it’s on what is essentially a one way street. There is a concrete median so you can’t pull in here if you’re coming from the south. You’ll have to circle around back - let Google maps show you. Anyway, front desk person was the only human we encountered during our stay. Super sweet and efficient. We did get a call from someone who wanted to “help us” make any plans while in town. I assumed this was the timeshare sales person. Fortunately they only called once. We were here in December and they weren’t super busy. Plenty of parking across from our unit. We had an upstairs room and a patio we never used (gone all day every day doing sightseeing, etc). Full size fridge, microwave, plates , utensils, etc were all welcome. We only brought home leftover once but being able to keep tons of water and drinks cold was nice. Huge bed. Huge shower/tub combo. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our visit. I would gladly stay here again. :-)

We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity to the strip without actually being on the strip. Nice property with a locked gate at night, so we felt our car was safe in the parking lot. Could not get the coffee pot to work. They brought another coffee maker to replace it, but no coffee. No coffee available in lobby either.

Loved it here . Had a two bed suite with my sister . Luckily it was quiet season so pools weren’t too busy.They provide shuttle to strip and shuttle to supermarket. The rooms, grounds all great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Staff always helpful we were even able to check in early which really helped us enjoy the day more. Thank you for making our stay so good we wish we could of stayed for longer . Also there is a gym on site and parking in easy.

The condo was nice, but we had to wait an extra hour because they weren't ready for us, even though we arrived at 4pm. For taking so long to clean the unit, it wasn't that clean in the bathrooms. The remote for our living room TV would never shut off, despite calling maintenance, and we were stuck with the TV on for a week. We were charged $30 a day for "amenities" but I can't figure out what those were, besides a pool and mediocre gym. They did provide a shuttle service to the strip but that certainly wasn't worth those exorbitant fees. These fees that condos and hotels are charging these days are just an excuse to jack up the rates. They did try to pursade us to go to a promotional meeting in exchange for either $125 gift card or a meal at the Golden Nugget--in the dumpy part of town. Who knows what the catch was with the gift card--probably a fee to activate the gift card. At least they weren't pushy with the meeting. ||The beds were comfortable but the pillows were like rocks. My neck hurt so much by day 2. The chair in the living room had a cushion that didn't even match which was weird, and it was filthy.||The complex was gated which was nice since the surroundings aren't the greatest. I would only stay there again if I got some really good deal, otherwise, I think I'll go somewhere else.

Au-delà de mon espérance !. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. Machine à laver et sèche-linge disponibles et gratuits dans la chambre, ce qui m'arrangeait énormément. Seul bémol, la navette de l'hôtel n'était pas disponible pendant mon séjour mais ce n'était pas un problème. Tout était parfait ! J'adore les oreillers, le grand lit ! Le personnel est vraiment très sociable et très sympathique !. Je reviendrai certainement avec ma petite famille. Un hôtel hors du strip, calme que je conseille vivement. J'ai demandé à être dans cette chambre et mon souhait à été réalisé, merciiii au personnel de la réservation.
