Liked · The location was great close enough to the main part of the strip but far enough away were you didn't have to deal with the strip. They had a year around pool which was heated. Room was spacious. Soaps and lotion were great.||Disliked · The jacuzzi on balcony wouldn't stay filled, appears the drain plug needs to be replaced. The stove was gas and if you barely touch the knobs you would open the gas valve. Dining table legs were bowing out either they need screws replaced or replace. 1st bathroom tub sounded like you were going to go thru the floor when you got in and out.
Great place to stay with nice suites. Not really fancy, but very functional. Our two bedroom suite is well furnished, kitchen is tremendous and the big giant tubs and bathrooms show some age...but appear to be well maintained. Absolutely fantastic for families traveling, or two couples whatever...just outside the busiest part of the strip but moments from everything. Service has been outstanding!
Everything was wonderful! The staff was very inviting and professional, we were made to feel welcomed from the moment that we arrived until we left. The facility was very clean and organized. We asked for assistance once and a repairman was at our door within five minutes of our having spoken with the front desk. Unfortunately, we had to leave due to an emergency at home. The staff was very efficient at getting us out of the facility and assisting us in every way possible to expedite our departure. I will definitely return for another visit, and I have already spread the word through social media to all of my friends to visit this establishment when they travel to Las Vegas. Much praise to the two young ladies that were working the front desk during my departure, unfortunately, I do not remember their names (14 January 24 @ 7:30pm). They were very professional, kind, and extremely caring towards our situation.
Plenty of space in the suite…..and that’s the only positive. Location far off strip (which we knew) - you have to drive. Hotel seemed deserted (saw one other guest while there). Amenities closed (pool), restricted hours (gym). if there was a restaurant in the hotel or nearby, we’re unaware of it. Bathtub leaking, lots of random noise from vents (a/c). Maid arrive promptly at 7 AM, ignored the do not not disturb sign, and knocked loudly saying she “needed to clean”. Hotel is many years old, and not modern. We got what we paid for, which is zero, as we used points. Will not be here again, and will not recommend it.
Sure as soon as you enter there's a bunch of people that dive on top of you. But I was able to check in quickly by Rona. They quickly sent me over to concierge where they gave me a welcome packet. Now I thought, "Here's the part where they give me a free breakfast to listen to their timeshare schpiel." Nope, just gave me a few coupons and a Vegas tour book and I was on my way to my room.| The next day, when I waited for a friend in the lobby, I realized "Yes they do the timeshare schpiel!" I've been down this road before. They usually jump on married couples with a dual income. But if you're a single woman traveling by yourself, you're fine. They don't bug you.| But the rooms were nice! I think the pictures on here actually don't do it justice. It's clean, spacious, and all the kitchen utensils you need. It had a huge bathtub (no jets) and another bathroom with a shower. The living room was nice to just relax and look at the people out by the pool or sit outside on the balcony.| The pool was NICE!! It was warm when I first arrived, but that changed quickly. For the summer, I can tell this place is hopping. There's not much for kids to do in Vegas, but hang by a pool and this pool is ideal with all the water slides and a huge Mayan temple to play on. | Security is pretty tight. You need keycards to get in everything and security people walking around all the time. Vegas can get pretty sketchy. This place is far enough from the strip craziness but close enough. There's a great grocery store (Smith's) right across the street for groceries and bubble bath for that huge tub.| If you don't feel like cooking, there's a great bar/restaurant under the Mayan pyramid only open until 8pm. | Checking out was quick and easy, and EARLY (10am!), but all in all, this was a nice clean, safe, family friendly, environment. But I recommend coming here solo so nobody bugs you. But I'd love to stay here again.
Hotel was located in a nice remote area that was peaceful and quiet. Room was nice with good view of the swimming pool and the mountains. The room cleanliness wasn’t pristine but it was more than fair. The reason I am giving this a one star is because their customer service is a 1. My uncle, husband and I went for a long weekend trip. My uncle had paid for the hotel stay up to Sunday but hubby and I were staying til Monday and he wanted to pay for one more night for us. His card was swiped 3 times and in the end they said it was not charged. So we gave our card information and were charged for the stay. When we all got home and he looked at his statement, he actually was charged. When I called to rectify this, they did not want to talk to me about it, only him, in which he spoke with a lady named Rachel that assured him the refund would go back onto the card in 14-16 days but it did not. He called again after the time period expired and they said they had to get a manager to call him back, which he never received. So both of us got charged for a one night stay and they refuse to give us the refund for the double charge. It’s been a headache trying to correct this issue. It shouldn’t be that hard to issue someone a refund for a double charge but they are making it seem like it is the impossible. I would not trust these people and would look elsewhere when staying in Las Vegas. Avoid the headache and your money being stolen.
We only stayed 1 night here before our flight out from Las Vegas, as it was close to the airport. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and asked for quiet. The fountain in the entrance and all the flowers and trees made it really lovely on arrival. Check in was friendly and slick. This is a huge resort with several blocks and underground parking as well as parking around the edge. Parking is paid extra. We found our room on the top floor and couldn't believe the space we had. There were two vast bedrooms, each with their own huge bathroom. (Even the baths could take 2) We had a lounge, dining area with a big table and chairs and full kitchen. They even provided a sponge, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets and detergent! We also discovered a balcony with chairs, with views out over the city. It was magical at night with all the twinkly lights and in the dawn next day. You could easily stay here for several weeks and self cater. Good blackout curtains covered the windows. I found the bed and pillows slightly hard but they didn't stop me sleeping well. We wished we had discovered this place much earlier and had time to see it all. We never got to breakfast (extra payment) nor to see the pool complex but I would definitely go again and stay here in the quieter edge of town to discover all that Vegas has to offer.
Rooms were dated, but clean. Staff was always helpful. Location was good for quick access to stores.
The pool area closed at 8 pm, which meant you could plan for a quiet evening. The area felt safe. Overall, a good choice.

As we arrived to check in after 6 pm, we were greeted with a friendly smile at the front desk by George. All the staff that worked at the front desk (Winnie & there were 2 more employees that we didnât get their names) were all nice, very helpful,
Probably about the only âdownsideâ to staying here is the fact that itâs on what is essentially a one way street. There is a concrete median so you canât pull in here if youâre coming from the south. Youâll have to circle around back - le

I enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the strip, free breakfast and shuttle bus service to Aria. There is a lot of construction going on nearby, making the walk to the strip a bit more challenging. I di
