Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront/Palm Beaches Resort - Hotel in Riviera Beach - 3700 N Ocean Dr, USA

Buyer beware! The location is currently undergoing massive renovations with most “amenities” being unavailable. The hotel lobby is greatly rescinded to essentially the front desk and the elevators. The “restaurant and bar” is in a make shift ballroom which they closed one night due to a wedding. The entire outside pool area restaurant and bar are also closed due to renovations. To get outside you have to leave the hotel lobby and walk around the entire building to get outside. I find it extremely frustrating that they still charge essentially full price AND you’re charged a resort fee and daily parking fee when there is essential no resort amenities to be used!! I also can’t comprehend the parking fee when you’re staying at their property. I will say the staff was professional and courteous and I’m sure they are also frustrated with the current condition of the hotel. On a positive note the room was very nice and spacious for a family of four. I hope the renovations are finished soon and would consider giving this hotel another opportunity.

Despite the renovations taking place and loss of amenities- the staff’s friendliness was above and beyond like no other! You feel valued and appreciated as a guest. There are restaurants, a coffee shop, and convenience stores about .6 miles away so we walked/Uber’d and rode the rental bikes anyplace we needed to go. The bike’s definitely need some repairs but were adequate for our needs. I look forward to returning when renovations are complete, the photos they have on display of the future appearance are stunning! I hope the staff stays on to see them again next time!

Do not book this hotel until construction is complete!! The amount of construction being done is unbelievable- basically the entire hotel is closed off with tarps other than a bar, 1.5 floors, and a plastic check in desk they have placed next to the bar. The pool is closed in case you are wondering. Nice beach access is still accessible. We checked in and immediately checked out - finding other accommodations. I’m sure the hotel will be amazing once construction is completed but they should not be charging people to stay there currently.

I Love this little hotel!!!!!! Yes, it’s under construction. No, it didn’t really interfere with our stay. The restaurant, inside bar & Pool are still open. The Beach & all its activities are still stunning & available. The rooms are clean & the beds are super comfy. But all that is eclipsed by how wonderful all the staff is! They all go above and beyond and made our stay 5 stars everyday. Can’t wait to visit again next year!!! After the construction is finished this Hotel is going to be a Jewel on Singer Island!

Looking forward to the Great Hilton Hospitality ! We have experienced over the years as loyal members and HGV owners!||Arrived at the parking lot! |Was notified before hand the hotel was under construction “. But the extent to which it is under construction and the in hospitality of the non air conditioned front “desk”. The in ability to give a Diamond member a room where scaffolding is not going across the bedroom window. ( no available except this room) 2 nd floor, ( maybe because we used 7 days got one free with points?)||We walked with our luggage to the check in, my husband’s comment, immediately, “this is a dump!”||I read all the reviews about the construction how it didn’t really interfere with the stay! ||We could not believe the attitudes of the worker at the desk, essentially “take it or leave it…. “ attitude.|Well we decided to go to the room, looking down on port-a-potties, and garbage!, the sound of grinding beneath us. We could not endure the whine just standing there on a Sunday afternoon! Imagine a week of the whine, walking through metal gates, black plastic, wooden ramps! We did not even see any ocean at all! ||From the room, we called Diamond desk, they called the front desk, they were not able to get cooperation with the situation. We requested our 400,000 + points returned and moved to another Hilton Property near by!||It is THE WORST EXAMPLE of Hilton Hospitality we have ever experienced. We will follow up on a letter with our complaint with Board of Directors, and anyone else who should know about that treatment!||I just check on line, many rooms available to stay, tonight along with the rest of the week, so, they chose not to move us ? WHY, because of the use of points?||I’m enclosing pictures we took as we were able to have our points returned and sent to Hampton Inn! ||Not the vacation we had planned!!!! ||The Diamond desk was wonderful to save us from a week of terror!||I can’t wait to read the response from the manager, … Expecting “ Sorry we did not meet your standards, we pride ourselves of our hospitality! Please come visit us when the construction is completed. Like other reviews have stated there is significant construction going on to the first floor and exterior common areas (whatever you are thinking... It's more). That said, the construction had (at least during our stay) no impact on your room or any location or service that effects your stay and I believe the lower nightly rate reflects the renovations. A huge shout out to the staff. Every employee we interacted with was extremely friendly and welcoming. Honestly one of the best staff experiences I have had at a hotel. I would highly recommend this location, but would reach out prior to your stay to ensure any of your priority services are available during your stay.

My stay was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were clean and have balconies for drying my clothes after a day of diving and playing with poseadon. The pool was large and mostly cleared of people and by people I mean kids. Not that I don't like kids but this brought the sitting and relaxation levels over 9000. The beach is right there and also was very clear and relaxing. I doubt there is anywhere in the place you can't hear crashing waves. It is very close to all things scuba and snorkeling including the park. The restaurants down the way are way are the kind that exceed your best expectations. -prime location -Relaxed -Close to everything needed or wanted -STAFF!!! The maker to me of any hotel is the staff and this place has the best I've encountered in a long time. Night and day shift were always helpful and kind. I had some laughs with a few. A special mention to Peter for helping me in my time of need. I wish I got the names of more staff to mention but my memory doesn't work that way.

I had an amazing experience. This is what you call “place to come back”, very great management and each stuff had amazing customer service. One of the most impressive is front desk lady “Destiny”, first impression is important. She was very welcome and made me informed about the most necessary stuff to make sure I enjoy my stay, and I did enjoy my stay! Breakfast & dinner was well done. I look forward to coming back.
