Nice property. Great room. Easy check in. Pool and hot tub too far away to be handy especially in the winter. Gift shop was over priced. Nice igloos set up outside but did not use. No stamps available to mail a post card. Nice view. Onsite restaurant looked nice but we didn't utilize.

The hotel was overlooking Bell Rock and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We especially loved sitting out on the patio where the restaurant is at the fire pit! We were delighted to see a few trees still with orange leaves and they beautifully framed the red rocks in the distance. The restaurant had really neat igloos surrounding the outside tables for a warm, romantic and festive dining experience! The food was delicious and service was good too! Our room was a good sized suite with a small balcony and fireplace and kitchenette. It was very nice and we absolutely LOVED Sedona during the day with all the awesome hiking as well as at night with the dark sky! The hotel also has Stargazing on Friday and Saturday nights where a lady from the Lowell Observatory brings her telescope and shows you planets, nebulas, cool starts and more! And it was also free which was awesome since the night before that we paid for a stargazing tour through another company and it was $295 for 2 people to see more or less the same things. We did not use the fitness center but it looked amazing and also has a full sized lap pool! Another perk was that they have a mini Starbucks in the restaurant too so every morning we had our favorite hit drinks by the Firepit! |This hotel is a good choice!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Sedona Resort, and despite the dated rooms, the impeccable service made my experience truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making it a memorable and enjoyable stay. The breathtaking surroundings and the warmth of the hospitality definitely outweighed any minor inconveniences related to the room decor. Highly recommend for a delightful getaway!

Arrived for check-in on a Friday afternoon. For the most part check in was smooth, but they had an issue with making the room keys, so that took awhile. They charge $20 per night for parking, which I am not sure why, but they do. I stayed in a King Suite, the furnishing were average and a bit dated. The couch was horrible and not comfortable at all, probably needs replacing. Didn't get a chance to use the outside pool because of the cool weather. We did use the spa facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, etc.). Didn't get a spa treatment because it was pretty pricey ($190 for 50 minute massage). The fitness center had nice equipment. This location is closer to PHX airport but a bit outside of uptown Sedona, but there were several restaurants within walking distance. Not sure if I would stay here again, probably would explore other options.

Amazing stay for the night with my mother. I was a little bit reserved at first to book a room at this Hilton property yet I’m very happy for choosing the option. From the very wonderful welcoming, to the friendly staff at the restaurant and the views this will be my go to hotel when ever visiting Sedona. It is truly an amazing hotel with very specious and well decorated rooms + plus a very amazing concierge. Thank you all for the very wonderful upgrade. We will be definitely coming back.

Customer expectations for a hotel of this class and price are high and, sadly, the Hilton Sedona at Bell Rock fell short of expectations. |First the positives: most of the staff is very nice and helpful. In particular Debra who picked up the phone was always nice and genuinely tried to help. Yesenia and Cherry at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. The service Engineer they sent to repair the phone was also very good. The hotel is in a convenient location to explore the Sedona area and the premises feel clean and safe. Parking is easy and plentiful - though beware they charge $18 a day for self-parking. The swimming pool is also nice. |Now the negatives: The front-desk employee that checked me in wasn’t very friendly nor helpful - didn’t bother to welcome us, explain how food credits worked or ask if we had any questions. Didn’t ask if we had a car or tell us about the $18 per day charge. We were charged anyway. I’m a Hilton Gold member and stayed at many Hiltons - I have felt more welcomed even at modest Hampton Inn properties. |The hotel room was spacious and comfortable but dated; think 80s office furniture. The phone didn’t work reliably and had to be replaced. The TV was very small and had no streaming or casting option so we couldn’t watch Netflix or YouTube. This is something even some budget hotels offer these days. On what looked like a small kitchen, there was a microwave, a fridge and a sink, but no plates or silverware which made the kitchen barely usable. Also no espresso machine: many hotels in this price range have one.|The breakfast buffet was ok but disappointing in variety considering the cost - close to $70 for two, with tip.|But the worst was the housekeeping room service. We were surprised on the second day that our room was not clean when we arrived later in the afternoon. We called and were told it would be cleaned-up soon. Came back two hours later and it was still not done. We had to call a second time and complain to get the room finally cleaned. The next day we were told that room cleaning was “opt-in” but there was no staff to clean the room. We were not told this at check-in. Tried to speak to a manager but no manager was available. If you are going to charge high rates for a room, hire more people, pay employees better and make sure you service the rooms. This is not acceptable for a hotel of this class and price.|I’m a disappointed customer and would not recommend this hotel to anyone; not at these rates anyway. Save your money and look somewhere else.

The pros of this hotel is the location, their inviting lobby and grounds, and that’s truly about it. We stayed for my birthday weekend, as we were out and about enjoying Sedona. We had an unfavorable safety event happen during our stay, but it was rectified with manager on duty upon departure. Additionally, you are charged resort fees and nightly parking, but there is truly nothing “resort” about this property for those fees to feel justified. The suites are decent and the fireplaces are nice touch but the decor, furniture and upholstery are on their last leg. They would do extremely well by remodeling.

For $450/night after taxes and fees, I would expect a lot more. Hotel needs a remodel/upgrade. Mold in shower. Couldn’t cool room below 71. Overall, just less than impressed. Could hear the people in the rooms above every morning sliding doors and chairs.
