Brought our basketball team here and this was a great property. Tons of nice meeting space with friendly staff. Chelsea, the Sales Manager, was great from contract through our stay. Extremely communicative and flexible. Went above and beyond to meet our requests. Tons of stores and restaurants around the property too. We will be staying here again!

We used the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue for our wedding reception. Amazing experience! Randy, the Catering Director, is amazing and will definitely go above and beyond for you. The night of the wedding he was bringing us drinks in the private bridal party suite and even took my parents luggage to their room for them. The staff was also excellent. The waiters, front desk receptionists, even the bellhop (Dan) all were fantastic! Everything went better than we could have imagined. ||The reception itself was well-coordinated and managed by Randy. We didn't have to worry about any detail- he was on it. I also was so impressed that there never was a line at bar- can't say this for many weddings. ||I would strongly, strongly suggest looking into this spot if you're looking for a hotel venue for your wedding. Prices are reasonable and Randy even worked with us since our wedding was on a Friday.

I would like to thank the Hilton, for making a difficult situation easier. I called on short notice looking for a place to have a repast and a gentleman by the name of Randy did a phenomenal job. He was kind concern and accommodating. Just to make things easier and special he gave me his personal cell number which came in handy because we finished the severice a little earlier. When we got there the staff was amazing they took care of every need they made things very comfortable. The food was perfect. Their service was more than five star we truly appreciate them. I would suggest the Hilton for anything you would like to have there. Thank you again for being so accommodating

We had our wedding at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue location and it was the most incredible experience! We had a big Indian wedding fusion with multiple families staying at the hotel and it couldn't have been more memorable. Everything flowed so wonderfully thanks to Randy Schaller and his gracious team. Organized, detail-oriented and simply fantastic. 11/10

Kudos to the event staff for helping our Holiday Party be a complete success! The management and staff were very courteous and accommodating from the start! We highly recommend Hilton City Ave! And we plan to use this space for our events moving forward! Thank you Linda and the entire Event Staff! You guys Rock!

This NYE (12/31/23), we spent our weekend at the Hilton on City Avenue to celebrate our marriage. |We started our weekend by hosting our wedding rehearsal with our large bridal party at the venue. |Randy Schaller was there to greet us as we began unloading our cars with everything for the weekend. An attendant was ready to help by stacking our items on their cart to take to the necessary locations. |Randy was by our side to help assist in organizing the rehearsal. It was very helpful to have him there directing everyone on what to do and when. When we asked him to do a run-through he was pleased to allow us to do so. |Following the rehearsal we hosted our dinner at the hotel restaurant, Provisions. |They had plenty of room for our bridal party of 30+ and set up a table for food to be brought out. Everything was delicious and the staff did a phenomenal job bringing the food out for the large group quickly so that everyone always had food on their plate. |Randy ensured there was enough room for the bridal party to get ready the morning/day of the wedding. He reserved two rooms for the party to get ready in. They were both spacious and stocked with drinks including soda and water. We also were able to bring in our own food and set up a mimosa bar so we had some food and bubbly while getting ready throughout the day and did not need to leave the rooms for anything. |Randy was available all day long and did not hesitate to ask details to make sure everything was set up how we expected it to be. |No matter what we asked, Randy said yes to it and made it happen without question. |Our guests were greeted with champagne for the ceremony, and the room was beautifully set. We need minimum decor because of how beautiful and well-lit the room was with the chandeliers and wall decor. |Our guests were immediately brought into the cocktail hour room where there were endless appetizers passed around. As the bride I was able to get some time to go into the cocktail room and I saw so many staff members working endlessly to ensure all guests were being served. I noticed all guests had food and drinks in their hands which showed me everyone was taken care of. |Every staff member was pleasant, and happy to assist with whatever was needed. At one point, I needed to get into the bridal suite and the worker who was taking a rest took their own time to go get someone to unlock the bridal suite for me. This was extremely generous and I appreciate the individual for jumping up to help without any hesitation. |We were a wedding of 200+ people and the staff to attendee ratio was perfection because there were so many staff members bringing out food to ensure everyone received the service within the same timeframe. |All guests had positive things to say about the wait staff and every course of the meal was delicious too. They appreciated the rolls coming out freshly baked and warm. The salad was fresh tasting and the main courses were exquisite. |Some guests mentioned how the bar ran out of Miller Lite beer. I did not go up to the bar myself to see if this was the case. My only thing would be to mention, if you have a crowd that drinks a lot, to mention this to the venue so they can ensure they are prepared for a large consumption. |After our wedding, we went up to our complimentary bridal suite room for the evening. The staff had chocolate covered strawberries, a bottle of champagne, and a couple of bottled beers for us to enjoy before going to bed in the extremely comfortable room. |The next morning, as the bride and groom, we were treated to breakfast at Provisions. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to end our weekend stay at the Hilton.

We had a business meeting with 10 people and used the executive board room which was very professional and well equipped. We worked with Linda on bringing in lunch which was delicious and the hotel has a nice bar where you can relax for after work drinks. We will be back!

I regret to report that my recent experience at Hilton was an utter disaster, to say the least. From the moment I checked in until my departure, the entire ordeal was marred by appalling standards and abysmal service that left a sour taste in my mouth. First and foremost, cleanliness—what an absolute debacle! The room I was assigned looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum cleaner since last guest. I got allergic reaction to my eyes, red and swollen, only good thing happen that the hotel changed my bedsheets and towels right away and it helped, but that where all good about this hotel ended. Housekeeping? What housekeeping? They were seemingly a mythological entity as my requests for a clean-up fell on deaf ears. Not only was the room neglected, but it seemed the staff had abandoned any pretense of fulfilling their duties. If they pickup garbage bin, they do not provide fresh towels, and if they do it will be only two medium size, nothing for hand or shower. No vacuum at all for entire stay. Oh, and breakfast! The serving staff's incompetence. They couldn't even take a proper order if their lives depended on it. It was like playing a game of culinary roulette, unsure of what might actually appear on the plate. As if that weren’t enough, the front desk staff's disregard for guest requests was baffling. Multiple times I asked for the room to be cleaned, yet it felt like I was speaking into the void. Ignored and forgotten, my grievances were swept under the rug without a care. In summary, my stay at Hilton was a symphony of incompetence and neglect. It’s distressing to witness such disregard for basic hospitality standards. I'd sooner pitch a tent in the wilderness than subject myself to another night in that forsaken establishment. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs!
