Love this hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is good. The blouses are wonderful. But most of all the staff is amazing! Without fault from the valet to the front desk to the housekeeping team, they are customer-focused, caring and gracious! ||This trip we had an elderly family member and the accessible room was perfect. Zero entry shower, grab bars. Perfect for her to have her independence and relax in comfort!
I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with comfortable bed. I enjoy the easy access to the Penn Landing board walk. This was a business trip; I'm glad my boss chose this hotel. I was able to get a lot of work done while gazing at the water.
This hotel should've been a Five Star Hotel. It has the location and views, the staff was friendly and attentive, but it's missing the final upkeep touches. To begin with, when we checked in, the entire hotel's electric door locking system was down. So basically the hotel staff had to let us in with a special key. As we returned later that night, we had to stop by the front desk again to pick up our key that will work.
Once inside the room, we found the bathroom sink was dripping, and the bath caulking needs attention. Also, we're not sure if the mini fridge actually works or not. Overall, it can use a refurbishment or remodeling.
However, it does have it's advantages of proximity to attractions, and the wonderful riverfront view. Also, the room was clean and tidy. The bed was also very comfy and plush. Be sure to specify the view you want during booking, I'm sure Riverfront will be popular.
The room heating and air system was extremely loud even with ear plugs. The bathroom tub needs a thorough cleaning. Rooms need to be updated. Rooms smelled a little until clean it with wipes. Location was good but the hotel feel outdated and old
Poor check-in experience but after that everything improved. Bar staff, housekeepers, front desk were all lovely. Super comfortable bed great breakfast options if you just want a snack.
I'm disappointed there's no Executive Lounge; this seems more common in Hilton properties in the US, European Hilton Hotels have great lounges.
I ♥️ the pool - hours of relaxing. It was heated, clean, and plenty of space to spread out. Today was warm enough to sit out on the pool deck with a coffee in the sunshine. The photos are from the deck.
I hope to return soon!
Everything was perfect for our family. Loved the breakfast buffet. Raffat had pancakes made just for my son, which was above and beyond. Customer service all around was great. The pool was a big hit, nice gym, good service at the bar and great location right on the water and near all of the Christmas festivities at Penns Landing. We will definitely return!
The staff was amazing! Over and beyond. The first room had a noisy frig so we were switched.....the only complaint was building maintenance started at 7:30am, which was loud bang. Breakfast was good, but some options were extra.
The hotel could be nice, but it’s in serious need of repair and better upkeep. The rooms were very dated with old furnishings, dirty carpet, and old tile in the bathroom that had discolored grout throughout. The bathroom toilet had to be flushed twice for anything to go down, the sink filled with water, and the bathroom still had some dirt in it. Had we been here more than one night we would have definitely left. Then when we finally got into bed, it had a stain on the top sheet that housekeeping didn’t notice. We travel to Philly each year and picked this location because of how close it was to ice skating— we’ll definitely stay downtown and Uber over for the activities next time.

I booked a queen room with city view. Was upgraded to a king upon check in, great! Not great: the view was an apartment building. The bed was so hard and stiff that we woke up sore and not well rested. The room was so stifling hot that we had to use
