The customer service was great!!! First staying at hotel Hilton Parsippany, the young lady at front desk Diana made everything smooth for us room was clean everything was awesome. She was patient, kind, helpful, gracious. My family and I truly appreciated her. She was excellent! I have no complaints would stay in this hotel again.

Lovely Ambiance! Excellent reception and customer service from start to finish! You also get a follow-up text checking up on how you are enjoying your stay. The room is neat and clean! There are swimming pools, conference rooms, fitness rooms, cafe ,restaurant, everything needed for a beautiful stay! I almost did not want to leave, lol.. I ENJOYED MY STAY and I'll visit again 😊 and again!

Positive: The hotel needs improvements, but it is amazing. Big with everything you need. Love the bar and the option of indoor or outdoor pool. ?? Also love the policy for quiet time. This hotel is the perfect option for relaxing and going business. ?????????? Negative: The staff should smile and greeting, in order to make the guess welcomed. They just limit to do their job, but customer service is one of the most important in a business.

Very spacious Superior Room with king sized bed. We came with an infant and small dog and there was plenty of space to set up our playard on one side of the room and my pumping station on the other side. Loved that there was a long couch area to hang out with the baby. Very family friendly. Plenty of ice in the hotel to fill my milk chiller for our long car ride up north. There’s a pool which we will have to try next time we are here. Black out curtains are a godsend with kids. Our little one slept without waking for the first time ever since he was born.

My company had a meeting here last week. While the main public areas and a large portion of the meeting space was in good shape, meeting rooms down the room hallways and rooms themselves are desperately in need of a full renovation. Everything outside of the renovated meeting space had a musty smell and the hotel just felt damp overall. Difficult to understand how Hilton allows a hotel with rooms in this condition to bear its name. Conference staff was the lone bright spot as they were tremendously professional and pleasant. Would recommend for meeting use as the space and staff was s9lid. Would not recommend staying overnight

My experience at the hotel was excellent. The Bellman Christian went above and beyond and provides amazing service. when I wasn’t feeling well, and my food was delivered by DoorDash, Christian delivered it up to the room in a timely manner. The room was very clean and the vet was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this Hilton again.

The receptionist, Erika, who checked us in was amazing. She was patient and answered all of our questions and even went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had. Absolutely exceptional. The room was nice and clean and comfy. We will definitely be back.

They have Starbucks inside the hotel from 6AM to noon. Sandra works the Expresso machine and does a fantastic job with drinks, customer service and hospitality. Barry and Brigette at the bar are wonderful and want to mention Ashley at the front counter during check in. Ashley helped me was professional and helped me find a room I needed for this stay. She was very thorough and answered questions I had about the local area. Great customer service.
