Had a great stay! Everyone was extremely helpful and sweet. Especially Ashley and Antonio - both were kind jumped at the opportunity to help us at any time. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, food was good, coffee was always flowing.

I was here over this most recent weekend, with the first room I stayed in was a king sized room and the second room having two queen sized beds. Both rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to rest within. The lobby was very nice and had two entrances to make parking and arrival easier. I did not get a chance to try the breakfast or food options unfortunately. My one complaint from my time was the shower not switching to hot water in the king room, regardless of the force exerted. Frankly, I thought I'd break the shower handle if I tried any more, and to avoid that I had to take a cold morning shower when preparing to depart for the day, which certainly was unfortunate. However, I mentioned this to Ashleigh, the day shift supervisor at the front desk, and she immediately worked to get me into a different room for my second night and continued to follow up that there were no more issues during the remainder of my stay. They adjusted my check out/check in times for the new room for when I would return for my second night, in addition to other things. Wow, is all I can say. The focus on customer service and commitment to ensuring the rest of my stay met my expectations blew me away. Never had I been treated with such respect and service before, and for that I was raving about her to everyone who asked about my stay while I was in town. Normally, Hilton is not my first choice at hotels to stay at simply due to price, but after experiencing the top notch customer service from the day shift supervisor, I can rest easy knowing this Hilton is in good hands and I can comfortably book here anytime. I will happily choose and recommend this Hilton again because of this. Thank you, Ashleigh!

Big upside to Antonio, his team really knocked it out of the park. Friendly staff with many hellos and greeting. Ashliegh was a huge help in making me a new reservation. Housekeeping was great. Clean rooms. Nice hotel with a great location. We also loved thr eaterh on site.

Stayed here while my husband was at a chiropractic conference, and it was a very pleasurable and convenient stay. Front desk (Ashleigh) was always so kind, and the lobby smells amazing. Loved the room layout. No complaints!

Had a really nice stay here with my mom. Room was clean (tub did have hair but that's almost a norm). The shower water is def Florida water! Smells of sulpher so keep that in mind if you have sensitive skin. Quiet rooms. Soft pillows and bedding. Free, ample, well lit parking lot. I would stay again.

One of the cleanest Hilton hotel brands we have stayed at post Covid era. It’s our go to hotel whenever we are in Orlando. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re having a good day and give us that 5 star treatment feeling like we are not just guests, but family.

Service here was amazing, we were super grateful for the early checkin after a long redeye flight. Location was convenient. Rooms clean. The only reason I gave this a 4/5 was its somewhat dated, but we'd stay again if in the area. We didn't eat or drink on site so can't speak to that

We arrived on Friday early evening. The hotel was full. Hardly any parking available. We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and that part was perfect. Room was clean and tidy. Beds not comfortable--lumpy. ||Restaurant was closed on busy wknd, all rooed off. Bar was only place to eat. Not enough wait staff. Not managed well. Found table to sit at. Every drink we asked for was out of stock for at least 2 weeks. Ordered Wings, Empanadas, Fish Tacos and water. Food came 20 mins after ordering. Not enough wait staff. Only 3 that we saw and they were taking turns making drinks behind the bar. We watched one of them trying to pour beer into a glass. Hilarious but amount that was wasted ... not good for biz. ||Wings were undercooked. Fish tacos were cold and shrimp tasted slimy and was uncooked. Empanadas were obviously frozen and put in microwave. tasted old. My sister ate around the uncooked parts cuz she was starving and I ate the empanadas anyway. Called waiter over and complained. He said they had issues with shrimp night before. Food manager came out and said he'd comp the wings & fish tacos, took our plates and went back to kitchen. About 5 mins later he was back out apologizing and telling us he'd be talking to kitchen staff --tomorrow. Why not at that time?? Then he said he'd comp the whole ticket and we owed nothing, which they did. ||We were barely back in our room and my sister was running for the bathroom and was in there almost all Friday night. |I was in there a couple times running both ends. Saturday morning I chose not to attend the Highland Games because I was so sick. My stomach felt like ropes twisting inside. She was able to attend in late afternoon only and brought extra pair of clothes with her. ||Sunday, I was no better and figured if I was going to get home at all, I best start driving so I did and was in bed and sick for a full week. My sister was extremely fatigued.
