Great customer service provided the front desk staff. During our check in, Corbin Jones had multiple guest requesting service. However, he managed to provide outstanding customer service to all of the guest with a smile. He was the consummate professional. However, the rooms need some renovating but they were clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will return for another stay.

We came for an event that was taking place here and decided to get a room. Everything was perfect. Fast and easy check in, nice spacious clean room, hot water, great lighting, great price as well. Food was very good as well. The staff was very nice and courteous. Having being a front desk attendant myself I watch how other people work when I visit other hotels and everything was above and beyond my expectations.

I stayed here this weekend along with other relatives and wedding party guest. The hotel and rooms were just okay. The location gets 5 stars because it’s easy access right off the interstate and close to shopping and restaurants. The service gets 5 stars because I left a tote bag in the room with valuables in it. It was hard tracking down housekeeping with voice mail just leaving a message. I just assumed it was lost forever, but, I called the hotel and spoke with “Charles” ant the front desk to leave a hard copy of the message for house keeping. They returned my bag with ALL of my contents still inside. I was beyond relieved that housekeeping is honest. Thank you. I will be back for another event in 6 months 👌🏾👍🏾

I am in hotels more than I am home, and very often they are owned by Hilton. This is THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed in period. I stopped here on a cross country drive for work. I had already driven 11 hours, and if I hadn’t been so exhausted, I would have left. The smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling by the wires, there were stains all over everything in the room, the intense mold smell of the room flared up my allergies, there was hair all over the floor and bathroom counter, and the shower was covered in hair and mold. I was so disgusted that I didn’t sit any of my items on anything, and could not bring myself to use the shower. I barely slept because I was so disgusted by the room and was worried about the cleanliness of the bed. This hotel is unacceptable. It should be shut down. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never left a review like this for a hotel, and sincerely mean that this hotel is not to a usual Hilton standard.

The rooms were large but a bit outdated. The computers at the front desk were slow and prolonged check in time. Lamps didn’t work and although there was a microwave near the drink machines I’d preferred to have one in the room. I’m very appreciative of the app because my key card wouldn’t work. Overall, the bed was comfortable with great pillows and staff was friendly. Price and location was great with food places in walking distance.

We recently stayed here. Room was ok. I use handicap rooms and this one was not that great. No shower seat. Toiletries were scarce as was towels. For a handicap person reaching the towels was not an option. They had them out of the bathroom in the hall on top shelf. No conditioner. We had to request shampoo and body wash. Lightbulbs in bathroom burnt out. Room was clean, beds comfy. Staff nice and did accommodate needs quickly.

Booked here based on photos on the Hilton web site. Unfortunately the reality of the facility does not live up to the photos. The entire hotel is in desperate need of a massive remodel. The furnishings in my room were in terrible condition. The elevator glass was covered in streaks of grime. When I took a shower the first morning I discovered both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. On top of that they only provide on bar of soap and no body wash in the shower. I guess they expect you to take the hand soap into the shower with you? No thanks. Would not stay again unless many changes are made unfortunately.

Check in was easy and fast, the location is good. I would have liked the front desk person to go over a few of the amenities with me such as eateries and wifi, but that didn't happen.There were hairs in the bed and on the bathroom floor. There were black shoe prints all over the bathroom floor. The bed was hard as a rock, and there was a petroleum jelly substance on the remote control for the TV. The room itself is ok but just has a mini fridge that doesn't have the freezer section in it and no microwave in the room. There were not any foul odors in the room. The hotel is in need of some repair!
