Hilton Hasbrouck Heights/Meadowlands - Hotel in Hasbrouck Heights - 650 Terrace Ave, USA

I recently stayed at Hilton and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff who made me feel right at home. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my stay exceptional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The comfortable bed, modern amenities, and thoughtful layout made it feel like a home away from home. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining their rooms to the highest standard. The location of Hilton is also fantastic.

We were on our way to Bpston for a cruise. We had driven from Greensboro, NC and we're so tired. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and they had a restaurant on sight where we could order food and take it to our room. We ordered wings and flat bread pizza. The food was pretty expensive for portion size, but it was hot, delicious, and convenient. |The staff was helpful and professional.

The A/C was not working in all the common areas, including the lobby, bar, restaurant all the hallways and bathrooms. There was no hot water either. This was during my entire stay. It was extremely hot inside and outside. The only cool place was the room and of course the shower! There was also no place to eat lunch on the property. |The staff did not care or offer any answers or apologies.

This place is very big and nice. The staff is very friendly, and there is a place in the lobby where you grab a drink if you are waiting for a friend or even grab lunch before your next meeting with a client. It is a great place to stay or even meet with people. Or book business trips.

Rooms are fine but the wifi is a joke, worst I've seen in years. And I'm not talking about streaming a movie here, just surfing Google maps or sending an email. Laptop, iPad, phone, didn't matter. 3 days of internet like we were back in 2003.

First time in NJ/NY area. Stayed here with my son's high school band on St Patrick's Day weekend. The employees were all super nice and helpful especially Abdul at the bar. Food was good. Breakfast was great! Rooms were clean, shower felt great, beds were pretty comfortable. The only issue we noticed is there were 2 school groups there at the same time and one of the elevators was out of order for a couple days. No problem for me, I just took the stairs but some people had trouble. It was nobody's fault and just one of those unfortunate things. I would definitely stay here again.

I get the global outage happening but I asked if I could extend my reservation as flights were cancelled. The person at the front desk just stated she couldn’t help because the system was down. Didn’t take my room number and details, just said I can’t help you and try to come back before 11, before you have to check out and maybe then I can help you. Terrible service, could have handled that in so many better ways.

Nice property- not the friendliest staff. The front desk agents were not welcoming at all. My encounter with the staff was very rude, Hillary & Connie were definitely not setting a good example for the property. I like to consider myself very friendly and unconfrontational. I don't complain or send food back- but I was not impressed with the breakfast. My order was incorrect, and coffee was cold. We told the waiter- he still gave me a receipt with the coffee on it for $4.50 and the cup was left over half full. Low grade for hospitality.
