Hilton Greenville - Hotel in Greenville - 207 Greenville Blvd SE, USA

I’m a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed in their properties all over this planet. This Hilton is one of the nicest ones outside of Conrad Hilton and the Curio collection. The place was huge, very modern and clean. The staff was friendly and professional and the room spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again. Bravo Hilton!

On 7-18-2024 I was at this Hilton and was in need of some Kleenex I saw a housekeeping cart by the bathroom. I ask this young lady if she could give me some Kleenex off her cart but she didn’t have any. This young lady stop what she was doing, went and got me some Kleenex, found me in a crowd of around a hundred people and gave me those much needed Kleenex. I was so grateful for her showing search kindness. I didn’t get this young lady name but whoever she was I pray Your love and kindness continue to bloom.

Stayed 2 nights for work. Clean, centrally located. Staff were nice. Enjoyed plenty of hot water in the shower. Had dinner in the restaurant one night and the menu wasn’t huge but what I had was pretty good. My only real critique is that they only had complimentary coffee available until 9:30 in the morning. Would have been nice to have it available all day or at least into the later morning.

Beautiful building from the outside and the lobby and meeting space is beautiful and inviting, however the room furniture and bed linens are a bit dated. Checking in was a great experience, however when checking out, it was not great. There was no asking how was my stay or anything at all. To be honest this was probably my worst experience at a Hilton. My neighboring room had a family that was very very loud and argued pretty much all night to the point of me almost calling the police. The next morning there was actually blood on the walls by their room door. The second night I think they had left, however someone tried to enter my room. The bathroom shower door would not stay closed so I had to use my towels to keep the floor dry. The couch was worn and the bed skirt had holes and stains on it. I was disappointed in this Hilton.

The service, lobby, courtyard and restaurant are very beautiful aesthically. The service is always so kind and sweet. The bathtub floods with a shower within 15ish minutes (great pressure though). The wifi can be slower than expected. I was surprised when the hotel did not have the little conviences, like a shaving kit. The prices for the restaurant do not match the level of quality I would expect for a $25-30 meal. Great coffee and tea assortment in the rooms and lobby.

This hotel was nice and clean. Staff were wonderful and sweet. What stood out to me the most during my trip was meeting the sweet lady at the front desk named Peyton. She was very kind , sweet, and helpful. I lost my room key three times within an hour. Peyton helped me get a key each time without making me feel bad. She was eager to help and very nice about it. I felt incline to leave a review because of her hospitality and kindness. I would recommend staying here!

I was very impressed by this Hilton. The Julep restaurant is exceptional. Every staff member was attentive and responsive and very helpful with any question. The cleanliness was great!

I came to stay at the hotel for the weekend to celebrate my brother in law's 60th birthday party. Service wise: Front Desk employees were very RUDE and PREJUDICE and not very welcoming to people of color whatsoever. They told us there were no rooms ready at all. BUT, whenever there were other nationalities, they had rooms available. That pretty much showed me how truly racist the staff is and failed to hide it. (They better not deny it). What saved this location from a one or possibly a zero star is that the room was clean and the event staff were respectful compared to the front desk. The food was okay and the staff there was okay as well. Overall, I would never return here due to the level of racism.
