Hilton Grand Vacations Club Sunrise Lodge Park City - Hotel in Park City - 2307 W High Mountain Rd, USA

My wife and I visited this property for the first time while visiting Park City and we were both impressed with how clean and accommodating the staff was during out stay. I loved how they constantly communicated and how they responded to any questions we had. During our stay we used the fitness center, pool and laundry facilities. Each area was super clean and well maintained with towels, detergent and wipes to clean the machines after use. We loved having bottles of water in the gym and for walking. We have already booked our return stay and highly recommend this resort while visiting Park City.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the sunrise lodge. Staff was very accommodating from front desk and housekeeping to valet. The suite of rooms was large and spacious and we could walk to the little center area to enjoy live concerts. Definitely will return!! Oh, and as a family from Houston who just went a week without power after a hurricane, we very much appreciated having AC in the rooms!!!

This hotel is far from resort quality. The service is just “lip service” because everyone is just trained to say “I’m sorry you had a bad experience”. The meaning of customer service is completely lost on them. And that includes management. They actually ask for an experience rating of 1-5 during your stay. But even if you explain why you did not give them a 5, they just say “I’m sorry”. Rooms are just average. The towels are thin and rough. They leave a bath robe for you but it’s like wearing sandpaper. Clearly not resort quality! The housekeeping staff was the nicest part about this place. We did not need housekeeping services, but everyone we passed in the hall was super nice and friendly. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Very disappointed in Hilton.

We recently spent two wonderful weeks there. Every staff member we encountered was helpful, kind, caring, and friendly. When we pointed out an issue it was dealt with effectively and promptly. Three adults and three children had enough room to enjoy our stay. As a polio warrior I particularly enjoyed the heated pool (85 degrees) and pool lift chair. My twin granddaughters celebrated their 9th birthday there and the staff gave them each a gift. A vacation to remember, thank you.

The staff is super friendly; especially the bell and valet staff. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need -think Airbnb but with room service if anything is needed. No food service as you have a full kitchen. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores around. Park City is a must have car location as it is huge and spread out. The pool is a bit small but being in June we didn’t have a problem.

Meh…rooms dated and small. A Hampton Inn room has more luxury and features. Service was very basic. Would not even consider a status upgrade, though a ton of one bedrooms were vacant. Desk agent was also running valet at check out, and seemed put out to print a receipt. A few dining options within walking distance. The pool was average. Nothing special.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club!! The hotel is in a great location near dining, shopping and hiking trails. Our room was amazing, very clean, updated and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay here again!!

We would have rated 5 stars, but room amenities need updating... had issues with appliances (dishwasher, fridge). Dishes were not a complete set. We are owners. We did have a great time. Staff and overall resort was very nice. We would come back.
