Hilton Garden Inn Winter Park - Hotel in Winter Park - 1275 Lee Rd, USA

I stayed here for a business trip and chose the Garden Inn for its location. I am so glad I did, as it was one of the best hotel stays. Every front desk associate, every bartender, every server was fantastic. But omg, the breakfast! I had the omelet daily and had to compliment the chef. I heard other guests do the same. So good! Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of restaurants and shopping all around. Only one improvement - more snack choices for those late evening cravings. Great job!

The front desk manager explained to me that the Hilton garden inn is basically nothing more than a motel dressed up in a hotel’s body, as they don’t offer the same amenities of a typical Hilton hotel (which would be fine if the price and description reflected that). I called the property directly to see if they could accommodate my disability. They promised me that they could and when I arrived, they didn’t. They confirmed seeing the accommodation request in their notes, and then chose to argue the point that they do not make such promises, like I must’ve dreamt up the two phone calls in my head. I have heard of Hilton’s customer service policy before, but never witnessed it first hand: “The customer is always wrong.”

Stayed April 2nd to 5th 2024 and we’re were extremely happy with this hotel. Very clean and quiet. Great location minutes from everything. But the best part of the stay was the staff they could not do enough for us and they were probably the friendliest group of people we have ever had at a hotel. The front staff always great g you with a smile and hello. The cleaners kept the room spotless and were very quick to look after us when we needed something. And last but not least was the restaurant staff they were sooo friendly and helpful the waiter and chef were amazing we had great conversations with both on Wednesday and Friday they made us feel at home. When my wife came down to breakfast after interacting with the room cleaner and having an amazing interaction she was telling me how sweet the girl was when the waiter spoke up and said it was his sister. So great to have excellent service. Thank you all very much and we will be back for sure.

We did not spend the night, so I don't know about the rooms. However, the Winter Park High School 60-year reunion participants and guests were treated to plenty of food and scrumptious dessert by pleasant, professional personnel.

The front desk staff is arrogant and rude. I forgot my laptop charger and other equipment there, but it seems like someone stole it. They just said, "Nobody found anything." I'm sure I left it there. Additionally, I requested a room change because of a bad smell, but they denied it.

Stayed here for the week during Thanksgiving with our two dogs. The staff at the front desk, room attendants and bar persons were all amazing. They do a great job at keeping the facility new looking and the rooms very well kept. All were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely make it my regular stay when coming back to Orlando for work and family visits. Centrally located in Winter Park area with so much to eat around and shops. Easy access to I4 and minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to universal area and or Sanford. Thank you for a nice week.

The ambiance was simple. The room was clean, and there was plenty of space. The service was good too. We had a nice night sleep. ...

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The employees are amazing. I dropped my 850.00 Louis Vuitton Wallet in the parking lot very late at night with cash and credit cards inside and it was returned to me the next morning with everything still inside. THANK YOU for having integrity to Michael & the housekeeper who was on duty that night and next day.
