This hotel is nothing special. I traveled with 10 women for a tennis tournament and this was close to the park. It does have covered parking but it is not secure and they charge for it. The breakfast is not included so that would be an additional fee. |There was complimentary coffee and tea inthe lobby.|The rooms were basic. The room darkening shade/privacy shade did not work so we were up early. The fridge was small, did not have a freezer compartment and was not cold. |The biggest issue is the bathroom door is a sliding barn door that does not close or provide privacy. Therefore, if you are rooming with someone beware of that. |But the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks on business and the entire stay was great, from when I checked in until I left. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The housekeeping staff did a great job in the room every time. Since I was there for an extended time, it was convenient that the hotel had laundry facilities and I was able to launder my things easily. Decent restaurants and shopping are also pretty close. The only thing I would change is the low lighting in the rooms, especially in the bathroom.

I am not one to post reviews in general. I find them tattletailish and obvious that you cannot please everyone all the time. However, in this case I feel compelled to do so. The hotel itself was wonderful. Clean, nice, beautiful lobby, beautiful furniture and seating areas, etc. Staff was nice. The issue is the breakfast “double cross.” Most hotels these days offer complementary breakfasts. They are so common for the regular traveler now to be almost assumed. (This is, of course excluding higher end hotels). At this hotel when you walk to breakfast area there is no signage or any indication that the breakfast may not be complementary. There is a young lady standing to the side half in the dining area and half in the kitchen averting her eyes and making no attempt to engage the patron. She observes you plate your food, waits a bit and then walks over and places a bill folio on your table much to your astonishment! At no time does anyone say, “by the way, there is a charge for this breakfast.” Each plate is $20 plus tax. I had some yogurt with fruit and some eggs. This wasn’t the breakfast at the Ritz! We watched as other diners were presented with the same folio and had the same reaction we did. We were able to get the cost covered with a voucher from the front desk which we obtained after complaint. Please put up some signage at the breakfast area or have the person standing there inform guests of cost!! I am certainly at fault here as well because I assumed and apparently did not read the fine print. I own it. Just want to let future guests know and offer the hotel some friendly advice to prevent misunderstandings.

Don’t stay here. Look at all the other reviews. False advertising. Their “pool” hasn’t been in service for a long time. I got this room only because of the pool and the location. I figured the name “Hilton” meant something. So lame. Also, fix your door cards.

The place is ok, the registration area is on the back of the hotel very confusing, specially if you’re waiting for an Uber, I had to tell the driver to come to the back are. I had a big problem of this hotel is the room 444 was very stinky of body odor, I don’t know if they didn’t clean it well but I suffered all night long with the horrible smell, the room looked new with appliances but I think it was the blankets or the carpet I don’t know, but I had a bad night sleeping in that room. Also I noticed the hotel takes dogs inside the hotel many people had dogs on a leash.

clean place.. but The staffs are very unprofessional. there's this girl with reddish pinkish hair with tattoos..who follows you around as soon as you get off The elevator asking you for A twenty dollar voucher In order to eat breakfast.A lot of questions, just to eat breakfast, just to have soggy eggs & process ham.. I've been to many "garden inn" and you have a selection. The food they Providing looks like the same " free food" other hotels That Provide. free breakfast will give.. when speaking to one staff. There is another staff starry at you.. You are being surrounded by many staff. The pool was Out of order . Such a beautiful place, but the people they have working There doesn't match with the scenery

So when we checked in the receptionist wrote the wrong room number on the envelope so we had to come down and figure that out. Not a big deal. However the next day, after a long family event my Mom who is 86 needed to take a break and her room key wouldn't work. I go down to get it fixed and the receptionist tells me that she; my 86 year old mother who is legally blind has to come all the way down to the front desk with her ID and that is the only way she is going to get a new key and be able to get in her room. I mention that this the second time that this has happen and "its your fault". I am of course referring to the hotel but the receptionist decides to take it personally and starts angrily arguing with me that "she didn't give me the key blah blah blah" instead of trying to help me and solve the problem. At this point I ask for the manager which I shouldn't have to do. She solves the problem easily and politely. So, you either need to teach your receptionists how to deal with this problem and others like it or have them immediately refer you to the manager. Some consideration for a tired old woman and some respect and politeness would have been appreciated. The rooms are fine. The food is average. I will not stay here again.

The only reason I gave the hotel a slightly lower reading is due to the food service…… breakfast only consisted of bacon and potatoes on the hot bar….. seemed odd that they didn’t have eggs or the other staples of hotels such as this one especially for $15. ….. and $22 for a three egg omelet. Also the food service for dinner was canceled due to a sick call in. On a positive note…. The rooms were very clean and stocked appropriately…. The staff was super nice and accommodating…. It is located near restaurants. Definitely would stay here again ….I would just plan to eat out for breakfast.

Great Italian-American fare. Portions are molto grande, take it easy on bread before the meal! My 2024 New Year's dinner at home of sausage (which my brother-in-law had them remove from his chicken scarpariello @ Scaramella’s) and peppers.
