Hilton Garden Inn West Little Rock - Hotel in Little Rock - 10914 Kanis Rd, USA

Super spot for a short stay. We just spent one night but had a great experience. Hotel is modern, bright and very clean. Lovely rooms with all you could need. Nice pool with lots of towels and loungers provided both indoors and outdoors.||Hotel room was very clean and spacious also. Very comfortable beds. Reception/Bar area is spacious and comfortable to chill out in evenings.||Used the laundry room which was spotless and very easy to use.||We added breakfast and it was decent. The chef was really lovely and he insisted on making fresh eggs for me when I looked for a fried egg! So nice and good to see the chef there ensuring everything is fresh and well stocked. ||Hotel is in a great location,not far off the highway on the edge of Little Rock but has tons of restaurants nearby and shops also. Would highly recommend staying here.||

Very pleased we stopped here. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Shirley in the kitchen is the VIP here. Tiara is a great representative for your hotel. Coretta is an incredible young lady always smiling and has a bright future. Ron assisted me with finding a freezer for my frozen items and I am grateful and you should be too.

I usually stay at Tru by Hilton in NLR but they were not available for my friends and family rate so I selected the Hilton Garden Inn in LR. The property looks very majestic when you drive up. The front desk staff was extremely courteous, helpful and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were very tasty, fresh and hot. We truly enjoyed our stay. I will definitely rebook when I come home again. The only negative thing would be the commode in the bathroom. It is extremely too low on the floor. My husband has bad knees and I had to literally help him up from the commode to a standing position. He's over 6 ft tall so it was quite unpleasant for him. I'm only 5 ft 2 and the commode was too low for me. I've only seen commodes that small in daycare centers.

Okay, wow. This place is awesome. Nice beds. Clean bathrooms. And best of all, professional service! Everyone I met who worked there was pleasant. Breakfast was tasty too. Waffles, sausage, bacon, eggs, cereal, milk, oatmeal, etc. Thanks everyone for making my stay awesome! ❤️

This was not my first experience with a Hilton Garden hotel. There was nothing bad about the stay but it didn't meet my expectations in comparison to other locations in the franchise. The staff were wonderful; friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel itself was just lacking. I had bragged to my daughter about how great the beds were and we both were disappointed.

I have no major complaints. We had a great night's sleep and that was very much needed after being on the road. Pros: ▪️Dog friendly. ▪️Good amount of parking. ▪️Felt safe. ▪️Comfy bed. ▪️Clean room. ▪️Clean bathroom. Cons: ▪️Mildewy smell. ▪️Water stains on ceiling. Don't let the cons scare you away. We would stay again.

The room was nice and clean. It was a little cold so I had to turn up there air conditioner. The pool wasn’t open the first night we were there due to cleaning and chemicals but the second night we enjoyed the pool. They provided towels to guests who didn’t have their own. They also have areas for people to sit outside to enjoy the weather, smokers area or sun bathe.

Nice, convenient Hilton Garden in west Little Rock. Easy off & on interstate. Hotel room was clean & spacious. Good mattress & pillows. Easy free parking in relatively secure lot. Breakfast buffet wasn't free but met our needs with hot food, fruit, yogurt.
