Nice new hotel located in a great area next to small lake with well lit walking path. Close (within walking distance around lake) to several nice resturants. Rooms were nice and modern. Had a good cooked to order breakfast available and a nice bar. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
I usually stay at the Hilton on University Drive, but I must say that I enjoyed this hotel more. Newer and rooms were a lot nicer. I enjoyed the walk-in shower as opposed to the bath/shower combination. Also had Kuerig coffee maker...so much better than the "pods" at the other location. I'm definitely staying here on my next business trip 😌.
This is a really nice hotel. I came for a profesdional meeting, but lost my voice by the time I got there. The bartender made me a hot toddy, the bed was comfy, the meeting room was nice, and the lady keeping the coffee fresh in the meeting room was a sweetheart. What could have been miserable was made pleasant by the wonderful staff. Well done.
Positive: We stay at this Hotel everytime we visit our son at Baylor. They are the most pleasant group of employees at any hotel I have ever stayed. The rooms are also huge. Negative: Great hotel no dislikes.
Very clean and very friendly. The only complaint I have is that the prices on items in the little store are over priced 7$ for a tiny red bull is alot compared to other Hilton hotels! But other than that it's great..
Beds were stiff and I really don't like paying $180 per night and then having to pay $13 for what should be a free breakfast. Can't get a good deal anymore with hotels. Guess I'll buy an RV finally. I used to love to come to hotels but you can't get a good value anymore.
Breakfast comp here for gold and diamond Hilton Honors members is only a $10 comp, but most other Garden Inns are $15. Decent hotel but not enough perks for Hilton Honors members.
The GM is very rude and needs to go through some customer service training!
When I told him I was a Hilton honors guest, he said they went above and beyond for their diamond members, but I was only a blue member and so I didn’t have that going for me. To make things even worse he was training a new person. and they were hearing how you should NEVER treat a guest!
We will NEVER stay here again!
