Loved our stay here! The staff was very friendly, enthusiastic, and accommodating. We were traveling with our dog and it was good to be in a place that made him feel welcomed too. Love the “pet of the week” contest they have going right now too! Room was clean and the common areas were all very nice. Black Bear Diner in the parking lot is also a HUGE win. For non pet people, FYI we did not have any experiences with other animals being disruptive at any point during day or night. Guessing the walls are sufficiently thick enough for that not to be a problem, so don’t expect you’ll have any issues.

Obviously it's in twin falls, so it's going to be a bit on the ghetto side. Front desk staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful. (Dylan?, awesome guy) Breakfast is an extra$15 per person, which I'm ok with, but its very misleading. It says the Breakfast is made to order, but in reality it's just precooked eggs,potatoes, sausage, etc in warmers like any other hotel that offers a hot breakfast. The eggs are not fresh, so I couldn't justify $15 for powdered eggs and precooked sides. No thanks.

Positive: The employees were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was updated and look practically brand new. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of potty and clean up (trash cans & poop bags) locations available on the property for dogs. Negative: The bed wasn¿t the most comfortable and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Definitely not deal breakers and would stay here again!

We have driven through Twin Falls many times but decided to stop and spend the day and night. So glad we did. This place was great! First of all every single person that worked there was so nice, professional, welcoming and accommodating. Pet friendly! They have a small bat and our bartender Jessica was the best! Chatting with us and everyone else. Bonus it was her birthday so we along with other patrons and employees sang to her. I will definitely stay there again if it works out in our plans. Side note they have this adorable “Dog of the Week “ contest. They take a picture of your dog and if it gets picked you get your dog fee reimbursed. ❤️❤️🐶🐶

The vent cover for the air conditioning in the room was simply atrocious. It was completely clogged to the extent of whatever was clogging it was coming out of it and falling into the room. The basic amenities were absent (an actual coffee cup that would not melt, a note card in the room with important numbers like the front desk or information on tv channels) there was a fridge and microwave but no dishes to speak of in the KING SUITE. There were pistachio shells left on the ground between the nightstand and the bed from whomever was there before us. Finally, the elevator button on the bottom floor is nothing more than a bunch of wires pulled from the wall with a push button on the end... I kid you not. On the upside, the digital check in/out was without any issues.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Such a comfortable and well appointment hotel with beautiful amenities, spacious rooms and excellent location. All the reception staff were so kind and welcoming, and I love the text messages to follow up with how your stay is going. Above and beyond! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

I can’t entirely blame the staff, because it seems like everyone in twin falls is angry that they’re expected to do their job. Desk staff was thoroughly annoyed that I asked questions at all. They seemed to get satisfaction from notifying me that their motel quality breakfast was 15 bucks, despite the fact that you can get a better breakfast for that price at the diner they share a parking lot with. Oh yeah that part. The parking lot is tiny, and I was told that not only is it not secure, but if you are towing a trailer you have to park on the street. Just an all around terrible experience for far more money than it’s worth.

Standard sort of hotel, clean, view of nothing but urban sprawl and situated in the same. A stopping point much more than a destination I expect. Check-in with app was easy. Hot tub jets out of order and fairly small pool. Breakfast was underwhelming and not included.
