Hilton Garden Inn Toledo Perrysburg - Hotel in Perrysburg - 6165 Levis Commons Blvd, USA

Our stay was lovely. Sarah at breakfast was AMAZING!!! And so friendly. Brenda the housekeeping manager was so nice! The front desk staff were all very pleasant. Chris with Banquets was great too and helped us set up for our event! And Jamie helped us find what we needed at the last minute to get the room and meal set up just right! We were even able to find extra napkins to fold into little turkeys for the tables! Thanks all! You are great!

Maybe four stars is a little generous....this is a standard chain hotel and feels like it's towards the latter part of its renovation cycle. Room looked a little used, banged up, and maybe I haven't stayed in enough Hilton Garden Inns lately but the whole decor etc just felt past its prime. But still just fine honestly - you're not hear for the experience.||||The strong positive for this hotel for me is the location.||- Quite close to Ohio Turnpike...||-... but in the walkable Levis Common lifestyle center area with lots of restaurants etc if you need a break after driving.||- and of particular importance to me, Chargepoint level 2 EV chargers across the traffic circle within the Levis Common complex from this hotel. Super easy to leave the EV there for the night and be ready to go fully charged in the morning. Not that remakable on it's own, bu tthis stretch of the Midwest/I-90 doesn't seem that great for convenient EV charging hotels.||||Also a Tru Hotel within the same complex that would have the same benefits as well - feel free to check that out (may be a bit newer?).

Had some housekeeping issues with our room handled by the front desk. Looks like they’re trying to do some small updates. This is an older hotel, but clean and very good service. We stayed one night and did have breakfast there the following morning, which is not included, but was cooked order, and very good. we strongly suggest for dinner, trying Agave and Rye at the entrance of the complex absolutely unique and delicious.

Personal Experience only. Friendly yet incompetent. 'Felt' not so welcoming welcome. Rooms are spacious. Old equipments - AC, TV, etc - NOISY Bed is not comfortable. Over all poor experience. Discomfort and bad vibes. Lost my mood before and while check-in, as soon as there was no hot water for tea at the entrance. When informed about it. I was told it is for breakfast time only.

Nothing negative to say about this location. Meeting rooms were spacious and well organized with accommodations for the various meeting activities and venues. Rooms were clean and neat and easy access to the group activities. Service was excellent and exemplary during my entire stay. The food was unbelievable and second to none!||

We came through the city of in the evening with kids who were looking forward to swimming in to this particular pool that looked nice on Google maps. After checking in and changing into swimsuits we learned that the pool was closed. They refused any discount because, “there was some notice on the webpage” - not that I saw the website nor was I notified when checking in. Only reason we didn’t leave at that moment was because we already signed over 50$ for a non refundable pet fee. Also they only gave two towels for a two bed room requiring more interaction with the annoying management. Really annoyed with that treatment.

Great location close to all the dinning and shopping. Rooms about as you'd expect post COVID. Shower head leaking, faucet handle a little wonky.

Stayed here for a night on a nearcation on December 30, 2023, haven't left Michigan in four years. Visited the casino and a couple area restaurants. It was nice.The hotel room was great, staff was great, just not pleased with many of the corporate policies that would make me reconsider coming back. They wanted to charge $8.00 for parking but then the front desk claimed they weren't actually doing it...yet. They wanted to charge $5 for internet that you could actually stream with, which I found unnecessary and annoying. They wanted to charge extra for breakfast. I get that it wasn't the standard nasty free hotel breakfast but if I really wanted it, I'd just go to Waffle House, Scramblers or some of the other places. The shower was awful but did the job. I enjoyed the bed, that was lovely. The office chair in the room was so great I wanted to steal it, lol. The TV was trash but did the job, wish 55 was the standard and the picture quality was better. Only watched the Lions game but was expecting something decent. Would kind of like streaming options at most hotels but I know you can bring your Roku or whatever but I forgot. I guess the worst part was the event going on in the conference center in the evening. It was like the same song over and over and the bass just SHOOK MY ROOM!!! BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BAM BOOM BAM BOOM BAM!!!! Whole time I watched the Lions game. I'm from the Caribbean, I can deal with that but I was like, dang, the whole night? It was UNCOMFORTABLE. I kept looking out the window to see when the police would come because I knew other people were more sensitive and unhappy. Thankfully, it ended like right at 11 PM. I understand you're having an event but that bass was INSANE. I never experienced anything like that, even in Vegas. I'd stay here again without a doubt, but I hated the pricing games. Also control the event bass, please.
