Located in a quiet area and near everything you'd like to do in Temecula, this property is beautiful inside and out, and offers clean, spacious modern style rooms. We loved that there was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Spacious and clean bathroom and plenty of closet space. Beds were very comfortable. Very friendly staff! We will be back!

Ray Richardson is the rudest employee in a Hilton Brand Hotel that we have ever encountered in our 49 years as a Gold Hilton Members. I cannot believe that he is Assistant General Manager. I asked to speak with the general manager. NO place to find him. No business card from him at the front desk to contact him.||We made reservations for two nights, breakfast included. The rate stated on the reservation page was Honors Discount Breakfast Included Honors Discount $124” per night.||At the breakfast room, the waitress informed us that we had to pay extra for anything cooked, other than what she called buffet breakfast (toast, pastries, greasy sausages, overcooked scrambled eggs, and burnt potatoes). I told her we paid for breakfast already. She repeated that anything special ordered from the menu was extra. ||Menu they have there: Buffet Breakfast: $ 16 Order from the kitchen: each item listed with its price. So, we only took toast and croissant, with coffee. I asked the waitress how much it would cost if we ONLY paid for what we consume. She said, no problem, she wrote in her pad the prices: $ 3 for 2 toasts, $5 for 2 croissants, total: $8. Which means that Garden Inn is cheating the guests. The entire misinformation at the breakfast deal is totally unacceptable because in the reservation page does not specify that ordering from a menu they have, is extra.||After breakfast, we approached Mr. Richardson at the front desk to ask if he could adjust the price of the room without breakfast. With a very determined and authoritarian voice said NO. My husband asked again if he would have any consideration. He replied, with the same tone “Hospitality is not part of my job”. ||It was an insult to have to deal with him. Our conversation took place at 9:45 am. We went back to our room very stressed and disappointed for the way he treated us. So, we call him from the room and told him we were checking out. We asked him how long we had to pack and leave the room. He said that we had ONLY until 11 AM. My husband asked him if he could give us 15 or 30 minutes more. He responded: NO. Not a minute more. We had to pack in a rush and got everything out of the room. Checked out at 10:46 am. We re-pack everything outside in our car. We are 89 and 76 years old. Such bad moment made us very nervous; it was not worthy to put ourselves at his level. We concluded that was total garbage which ruined our two days outing.||Problems in the room: Trouble getting WiFi in our room, finally after several intents, Jason at the front desk gave us a code. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, NO handle to open and close the bathroom door. Plumbing problem with cold water. ||Moreover of this bad experience, I got a rash in my legs and arms, a very bad reaction to the sheets or something the cleaning person used in the room. I am going to the doctor now. I requested our money back. ||This is the VERY last time we go to this hotel. I cannot understand why Hilton hires people like him.||My folio checkout bill shows that the guest room with breakfast for two became $ 131.32 and NOT $124 as a HH member. We stayed at this hotel and the housekeeping at this property is really bad. They don’t clean what they are supposed to clean everyday. First I asked the front desk to clean my room every day. They told me that they would take care of it. Three times during my stay nobody cleaned my room. When I asked someone to clean my room they said that they would and never did. I brought this up to the manager and she promised me that she would take care of it. The next day it happened again and I brought it up to the manager again and she told me she would take care of it. The next day it happened again and the manager called me to see if it was clean and I told her no. Today they told me my room was clean when it looked like the pictures below. I told the assistant manager (housekeeping manager) I showed him the picture and he says that they only do light touch cleaning. Then I asked him is this supposed to be light touch? He didn’t respond to that and just told me that they didn’t clean it because of the toothpaste that was there.???????????what????? If the managers have that attitude I understand why the housekeepers don’t do there job. This is a really dirty place and they don’t care about customer service at all.

Make sure you have paper trail with this location. We requested an early check in, 1 hour early. 3pm instead of 4pm. Going to an event so we specifically asked for the hour. No problem, so they say. We should have had it in writing. Now we are sitting in the lobby getting ready. Supposedly, ours is the last room that needs cleaning and won't be ready until 3:59pm No manager on site Staff unwilling to help There are other hotels near by that will work with you Hilton does not, will not.

I was pleased with this place. The one thing that stood out most was Jason at the front desk. He worked the night and showed me he cared, he hustled, he paid attention and best of all - he dang happy birthday to the lady showing up for the day crew. Overall it was a typical hotel but Jason made it stand out. Do him right and appreciate him. If you don't I'm going to steal him away as he's the kind of employee we all need. He is the reason you get a review. Otherwise, it's just a hotel and it fits if you need a room. Well done Jason. We'll done indeed.

Rooms are nice. Very clean. Some of the staff members are great, others are so so. However they are now charging $10 night to park. It is what it is and probably more consistent then what it’s been since they opened where sometimes you were charged and sometimes you were not charged to park. If you have an EV though, be warned. They are now charging you for charging at their Tesla chargers. No signs, no disclosure anywhere, it will just show up as a charge on your Tesla account. The rates are higher than the supercharger down the street. I wouldn’t care if it had been disclosed but even when I asked (after being charged), it was a some people are getting charged and others are not because they are still migrating the software. Guess I just didn’t get lucky and was charged. I stay here often enough that I’m bothered by it and by them not disclosing it anywhere.

I would never stay at this location again given my experience. I have stayed at the Hampton and Embassy in Temecula and they are what you would expect. This place is almost brand new, seems very nice in the lobby and main level.||||The room is another story. I booked a larger room and the room being a Garden Inn is decorated like a hospital room. ||||The big concern however was the cleanliness of the room. Upon staying the first night my wife had a very bad reaction to the bedsheets. This has never happened before and we ended up going to a doctor after a week of the reaction not improving to receive an oral steroid to alleviate the rash on her legs. Which is extremely concerning. We did not even stay in the room the second night we left.||||I have tried multiple ways to reach out to a manager to discuss. Even going back in person today to discuss. The manager has not responded back at all. It is concerning that a hotel would either of not washed their sheets or are using a chemical to clean with that someone would be severely allergic to. ||||It really just boils down to I travel to Hiltons all over the country and cannot trust a location to stay with my family if they do not clean their bedding properly and respond and/or react to an issue at their property. ||||As a side note I also ordered room service, was given the wrong order and called down to have the item taken off my bill. I then had the bartender call back multiple times to argue he made the right order. I had to physically bring the wrong item down for him, as I was about to put my daughter to bed. ||||This location is obviously being managed by someone who doesn’t know what they are doing.

We stayed just one night in March 2024; however, would have loved to stay longer. ||This hotel is just minutes from Old Town Temecula and even a short walk if the weather is nice||Parking is convenient and is priced at $10. The front desk rep who checked me in was wonderful and so friendly.||This hotel has only been open for about 2 years and it shows. It is lovely, bright, and it still looks brand new. ||The room was very thoughtful with plenty of lights, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a plush king bed, efficient closet area, desk area and even international outlets (rarely found in United States hotels). ||I had a chance to try the bar for happy hour in the early evening and had awesome service.||I would definitely stay here again
